European Day Spa

My husband gave me a gift card from the Spa for my birthday in July. I treasured the gift so didn’t use it until today. The massage and facial were amazing! I highly recommend this place.

Upon my return from Mexico, I had a voice mail from the spa requesting I call and schedule a redo. I did and i have waited 3 days before re-submitting my review to make sure the same thing did not happen again. I must say I am very pleased with my new manicure. Hayley was wonderful and she did a great job. Raising my initial 1 star rating to a 5 star. Thank you very much!

People were very nice but my gel manicure, which should have lasted 4 weeks, sucked. I was leaving for a destination wedding so excited with my beautiful manicure, but within 24 hours the polish started to separate from my nails, 3 nails, and peel off. It looks absolutely horrible. I don't know if it's really poor product or what but I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Sarah Neufeld IS a beautiful sweet blend of professionalism, a great listener, creating a relaxing environment, with a creative mind about colors & styles that look best on my face shape! Every single person at this day spa has been nothing but completely kindhearted, respectful, personable, and make for a great experience each visit. From eye brow waxes, to massages, feet care, and hairstyling, they always excel my expectations. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Been to the Chilliwack location on a number of occasions for deep tissue massage; the atmosphere is very relaxing and the professional staff are first rate.

My first time at Undine's Retreat today was an excellent experience. The staff are so friendly, they were able to accommodate a last minute service change for me with no trouble. I was very happy with the spa treatments I had done today and I will definitely be back.

First of all it Cost 147.00 for mani/pedi with gel nails. They were the worst nails I have ever had and took over 2 hours. Nails and paint chipped in first week and I literally laid on a beach. 70 for pedicure that was over in 20 mins. I have had a way better experience at all of the cheaper places. Would never go back

Undine's is the best spa I've been to for a pedicure. Very professional and I'm excited to continue coming back again and again. Thank you Undine's.

Very relaxing inside! My place of choice for brow waxing, girls are fast and have never done an imperfect job!

Very disappointed. Used a 150.00 gift certificate from my son and I came out feeling I had a face wash that I could have done myself at home. With the small amount of money left over the girl suggested I put it towards a gradituity, very rude, I thought. The lady that did the facial really seemed only interested in selling me their products. Will not go back

Just had a european facial and found there was a lot of nothing time laying there alone waiting for things to dry ect would not recommend this one sorry from linda

Visited the European Day Spa for the first time yesterday evening and was treated to a relaxing European Pedicure. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I was offered tea or coffee and waited in the lounge area. Melanie was fantastic and very accommodating with all of my requests. I have a couple of suggestions; it is always enjoyable when the spa provides warm towels for your legs when the massage is being performed. Also, I was disappointed that the salon did not carry any of the 2018 OPI polishes and that the selection of colors was so limited. Additionally, the spa does not sell the polishes, so even if I had wanted to purchase one of the holiday colors for my service, I was not able to. It would be great if they carried the mini bottles and offered to include the bottle at an additional charge. Finally, while not all spas offer it, a punch card for return customers or other perks for being loyal to the spa would be appreciated. While the aesthetician that performed my service was excellent, some of the amenities I would have appreciated were lacking.
