Tried to reach them by the toll-free number multiple times during operation hours from 6 - 7.30PM on Sat. Couldn't get through. I cannot imagine what a nightmare it would be to try to get ahold of them if anything goes wrong.

I have used this place with my dad many times. I've checked and it gave us the best exchange rates every time, so we keep coming back.

The best rates in town and most hassle free way to exchange money. All done online (unless you want to visit a branch). I tried several exchanges before settling down with Everforex.

They offer the most competitive USD-CAD rate I could find on the market. The turnaround time is quite favourable thanks to the web-based system.

I'm a long time Everforex customer, but I'm utterly disappointed in them now. I need to go to the physical office to verify my online account. Yesterday I went to Metrotown and discovered that their office closed - okay that is my fault for not checking beforehand. Today, I drove all the way to Richmond because everywhere it says they open at 10am. I waited until 10: 20am and there was no one in the office. Apparently it is not a one-off occasion according to your neighbour. I wasted 1.5 hours in travel time, and I'm not sure I can trust a company which opens and closes whenver they want to handle my money.

I went to the Richmond office to open an online account with Everforex. The gentleman was super friendly and patient. Besides, even after I got home, I called the service line a couple of times, their service was always very helpful.

After doing lots of research online, I found Everforex definitely beat the rate of all of foreign currency exchanges in Greater Vancouver! That's why I keep coming back! Keep up the good job!

Alfred was helpful and patient with my registration. I showed up to the business early before 10am (opening time). Staff did not show up until 10: 50am. I recommend you to call in advance to make sure store is open.

I used to go to Surrey central everforex to do the exchange. But after covid, I have to go to Richmond. Now I am learning to do it online which I am not good at. Hopefully we can get the surrey branch open again.

Update July 23: for some reasons they stopped PAD for non-accredited account holders, so it’s a bit harder to take advantage of their non-cash rate for me. Sometimes for convenience I just ask td to match. Usual there’s one basis point difference.

Usually better non-cash USD to CAD rates than Banks. Would be better if e-transfer can be used to move money in and out.
