I have come here multiple times and every time has been an amazing, helpful and growing experience for me. I have gone in for large parts and not known the exact details and the staff were very helpful with insightful tips. Over all this is probably one of the best computer stores in the whole Vancouver area and definitely the best one on the north shore.

We were very pleased with Alex White's assistance with our copier. He quickly diagnosed the problem - an old, geriatric copier that couldn't be used anymore with newer computer platforms, etc. He suggested a new, affordable copier for our basic needs but we wanted something that would have several functions. We decided on a multi- function copier and he came and set up and installed the new copier the next day. Alex was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would certainly recommend him and we would call him if we experience any other computer problems. Thanks, Alex.
