Dr Aslan is great and kind doctor. Receptionists are great. On of the best Dr's I have met in Bc was dr Aslan.

I am extremely happy with the treatment I had from this clinic. Specially Dr. Walter he is a great doctor.

Went as a walk-in to this clinic. Front desk was polite and very helpful. They let us come back for an appointment rather than having us wait hours there! The dr (forgot her name sorry!) was so compassionate, kind and caring. She gave proper treatment and made sure I was well informed as well as giving alternative resources. Clean office and exam rooms. Great experience surprised to see such low reviews!

The receptionists are incredibly rude, worst experience ever. I wish i would give them 0 star.

I had to select a star to write this review otherwise they deserve a minus because of the rude errogant and incompetent receptionists working there!
The only reason i still go there is because of Dr. Aslam who is really nice and always listen to concerns.
But i wish to send a request to the doctor to please forward our concerns regarding the receptionists working there. I wish BC had some rules and regulations covering the behavioural aspects of staff working at Doctor's office. If they have such attitude they MUST choose a different office to work. Not a doctor's clinic where patients are already having bad days!

Not very great on customer service, but it used to be good enough. Until recently when i have to see a doctor for follow up in my icbc case and they refused to see me because they said the doctor who has seen me previously has retired and their other doctors are not taking over and thats that. Receptionist and even their office manager are not sympathetic at all. They just look at me coldly and told me to go to another clinic. I explained to them that my records are in their clinic, how can i go to another clinic for follow up? They then get upset that i was upset and just told me to go and have a good day. What the hell? This is the worse clinic ever!

No star at all! Some of the receptionists were rude. Doctors inconsiderate of patient's feelings! No patience indeed.

They don't deserve even one star. Lady at front desk told me book 2 weeks in advance. So if someone is sick. Keep waiting for two weeks in pain and then see them. Never ever available. Never.worst clinic in lower mainland.

I don't understand how Dr. Walters is even allowed to practice as a doctor. He has zero communication skills, and clearly does not care about his patients. Why are you even a doctor? Stay away from Dr. Walters and this clinic.

The receptionists here are incredibly rude. They don’t fax important referrals to specialists and say that they did. The doctors are understaffed so miss things like giving important time sensitive requisitions. Go here if you want rude interactions and to fall through the cracks.

Is bad service here. When I take my wife there to see the doctor, the doctor is running around to the other client in the other room.

I use to think this was a good clinic until.i really needed to see a doctor and i couldnt because he was on vacation. They told me to come to the walk in clinic so I came and then they told me that because my baby had a fever and a cough they won't see him. I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE HE WAS VERY SICK. Thats why we needed to see a doctor. The poor baby has an eye infection and I suspect bronchitis I was so frustrated I started to cry while trying to talk and this.blonde woman snapped at us and said we weren't special and I wasn't the only mother concerned for her sick baby. What a cruel comment to make to someone who is clearly struggling and upset.
If she reads this I hope you have nothing but bad days from here on out. You cruel rude woman. Try a bit of empathy. If you cant deal with people in a polite way then maybe find a new job.

My family doctor is Dr Philips. He is a man that gets straight to the point. I found he always listens and cares about all 3 of my sons. I haven't ever had any issues with the receptionist desk. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

The receptionists are very rude. They need some manners about how to talk to the patients. I called the front desk to book an appointment with my family doctor and she did not listen to me at all and hang up the call. Then I went to the clinic and talked to them. The lady was so rude and ignored everything and still did not book my appointment and said that doctor does not have time. I do not even feel like to give zero star to their service.

Other clinics take starting from $20 for medical notes and this clinic took 65$ and $80 plus for extended such a greedy people. They won’t give you more than a month note no matter how much you are suffering or what’s your issue.

I will give them 0 stars if i can and they should remove walk in from their clinic description, they only give appointment even if no patient is waiting and the receptionists are rude, i will never go to this clinic

Their phone system is atrocious. I’ve been calling since 7: 01 this morning and been on hold then consistently hung up on every 8 minutes except when “all lines are busy and please try again”. Why does the system hang up on you? That’s so rude. I would normally drop in but I tested positive for covid yesterday and just want some relief for this debilitating cough. Ladies, please answer the phone. It is now 8: 26 and I’ve just been hung up on yet again.

This was my first time visiting this clinic so I had called before going. I told them I’m a new patient they said you’ll have to come and Dr. Parikh will be here from 8: 30-10 I said I’ll be there in an hour. I confirmed with them twice if the doctor will be there for sure and they said yes. I was there around 9: 10 and I went inside and told the receptionist that I had called earlier to book an appointment. She said they had reached the limit for today with some other doctor. I told her I had called earlier and was informed that Dr. Parikh will be here. The receptionist said Dr. Parikh is retiring and working from home today. The worst customer service ever. They should have informed me about the doctor not being there on the call beforehand. It was a total waste of energy, time and money.

Dr. Parikh has been my family doctor for 11 years now, long before he came to this clinic. I've even travelled to see him since leaving Surrey. Even when he's been away and during covid he's set up skype, email and phone visits so we could keep seeing him.
So sad he is retiring in less than a month. Five stars to you Dr. Parikh!

I had a pretty serious medical issue and went to the ER. The doctor at the hospital released me with no treatment with little concern to my issues. They did partial blood work and told me I was fine.

My symptoms got even worse a few days later and I was referred to see Dr Parikh.

Within 2 minutes he had hunch as to what was wrong with me (turns out it was pretty serious and if treatment was delayed it coulda been permanent) and instructed my treatment. He was bang on, in one month 95 percent of my symptoms went away. Never had more energy or have been this productive since I was 20.

If you're looking for a no nonsense effective family doctor I highly recommend.

My husband English is not really good. My husband has issues about his sickness. We were supposed to see doctor by phone. I left messages about my phone number for discuss with doctor. We had to wait with this call for 5 days. Unfortunately doctor called to my husband.he doesn't understand what did doctor say. And I called to reception about this issue and I have to wait one more week to call with doctor. Reception one lady said
husband is problem no speak English. I requested apology from them. They only said I apologize about your sad feelings. I never heard this kind of reception in my life. They are so rude. Doctor must know about all reception ladies.they need to stop do to the patient this attitude anymore.shame on yourselves. Go find another job

Everybody here is just terrible they don’t care I was supposed to get a prescription faxed and they never did

I came in with a cold I have had for several months and the doctor actually said u shouldn’t be here and we don’t do that here another time I came in to induce my menstul cycle and he said they don’t do that there ether so I talk to my fertility clinic and they said the doctor has to supply me with the med prescription now I need to find a new family doctor cause walters is a goof what’s the point of being a doctor if ur not willing to do anything

Terrible I got a work place injury which is an emergency so they have to see me and I got told no because their doctor is done for the day.its 10 am he's there entail 12 and it's a medical emergency he's obligated and they pushed me off the phone like there legally obligated

The receptionist was very rude over the phone. Showed zero empathy, hung up on my mother saying she is too busy.

Such a great clinic, very courteous, helpful and understanding. Dr. Parihk is a great Dr, one of the best especially in a clinic style setting. He is very thorough, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Dr. Walters is unprofessional and does not have empathy for patients and the grief their families face. My grandmother was looking to get my grandfather assessed for Alzheimer's. He has gone to this doctor for many of years and my grandmother has spoken with Dr. Walter's regarding my grandpas pill refills for years. Upon trying to get him assessed Dr. Walter's stated the patient would have to give consent to get assessed. My grandfather has been suffering from this disease for many years now and we have been trying to get this done but Dr. Walter's has given no information or concern to this. My grandmother who has been married to my grandfather for 60 years stated that this could not happen we would need to just bring him in and Dr. Walter's refused this. We are a family looking for options to help our loved one and he flat out refused his help. Please do not let your senior loved ones go to this Doctor alone. Monitor the advice they are getting from this "Professional". He does not care about their well being.
