I had Botox treatment from Dr. Zheng and result was great! She was very nice and explained clearly to me what I should expect from the result. The procedure also only took a few minutes which was faster than I expected. I would recommend this clinic to others

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Front desk staff are amazing and so friendly. Dr Tan has done my lip filler twice now and I am thrilled with the results!

I wish I’d never come back. Admittedly I hadn’t brought my own numbing cream so Ashley offered to take her lunch early while they let it work on me. I asked Ashley if I could run an errand, and I came back (5-10min) later than expected, immediately apologizing. I genuinely wish they would have let me pay for it and rescheduled me. The friendliness & warmth from staff was gone, and now replaced with a bitter disdain.
I was scared coming in, and scarred going out. It was the most painful tattoo removal I’ve ever had. Ashley turned up the laser machine so high I have hypopigmentation now and scars from the treatment. I continued my apologies, in visible pain and she just said “aren’t you glad you got the numbing cream? ”
I genuinely feel traumatized from this experience, like I was begging for mercy in that chair.
I went to another clinic and they’ve refused to treat me because the damage is still there- 8 weeks later. It’s terrifying to think the receptionist tried to book me twice within that time period.
They don’t have your best interests at heart, and I’ve found better prices elsewhere with a lot kinder people.

Nurse Faye is so patient and kind. She explains things clearly and goes slowly so I feel confident in the results.
