The best place to buy any type of alcohol. Great selection of Belgium beer, didn’t see it anywhere else in Lower Mainland.

Go to place for selection and value for my wine purchases. I’m excited now that they stock unique beer choices (Trappist) unavailable at BC liquor stores! All pictured for $77! Check out their last chance selections.

I still like this store but don't go in much anymore. Was there today, staff were nice. Everything Wine at The Shops at Morgan Crossing is a Jim Pattison brand.

Other locations sell local craft beer, so I spoke with an employee to see if this location may sell them at some point. He had an attitude and in a snobby response said no we won't be carrying beer at a wine store. Grade A customer service, jk

I rarely see quality customer service anymore. Glad I do though. Deborah answered all my questions by email courteously and promptly. Then when taking my order by phone, I had a slight hesitation, so she gave me the option of pausing the order to consult the expert. Total patience an putting the customer's concerns first. Never once did I feel rushed or just another sale. Greg was the exact same way when he took my order. Fabulous people make a stress free shopping experience and make a business great! I hope management reads these reviews too!

A bad experience! Everything wine except the culture of the experience. I bought a $60.00 bottle of French Chardonnay last Saturday to have in a first course with Lobster Bisque that I made. I don't keep many white's in my cellar, for my 2nd course-roast beef with a cheese souffle. I already had the 2000 Bordeaux (Lynch Bages) selected from my personal stock, but I needed a white. When sitting down to the first course, the Chardonnay had an obvious 2nd fermentation. I had no back up! I know that the wine was not what it was supposed to be, but a 2nd fermentation is still drinkable so I served it with an explanation of what was wrong with the wine, namely that we were not experiencing the wine as it was intended; as a still, Chardonnay. I reported this today to the wine consultant at the Surrey store. He was pleasant, but all he could offer was another bottle with a 10% discount. He explained the prerogative to drink the wine was on me and if I had brought it in 3/4 full he could have replaced it. This is not a common practice in the wine industry. I was left to drink an unsatisfactory bottle at a special meal.not their fault.not mine either. I expected, since I had paid $60 for this wine that I would receive another so I could at least experience what I was supposed to have experienced at that dinner. Thay don't do that! They'd rather lose your business than make good on what was their obligation in the first place; to sell me a proper bottle of a $60 wine-at their cost, not at mine. Our B. C.stores back their products, Everything Wine does not. Last year I spent over $3,000 on wine in their stores.from here on.not a penny! It's back to the reliable government stores for me.

I’m not a wine person. Needed some Christmas gifts & the people at the store were really helpful. Explaining the difference and help make our choices easy.

WORST online shopping experience. After carefully selecting Christmas gifts, over an 1 hour of wasted time. Placed order, only to be bumped off the site. Wasted even more time thinking it was my credit card and that was NOT the reason. WASTE OF TIME! Deleted the entire order. Joke!
