We had a fantastic experience at evo Village Sports with Christopher! He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went out of his way to help both myself with finding and fitting the ideal pair of boots and my boyfriend with tuning his boots. I felt supported in making the best choice in boots for my ski level and would recommend you request Christopher’s help when looking for new gear.

My rental boots were giving me ankle pain and I went to almost every shop in the Whistler village. Chris at Evo was hands down the most knowledgeable, the kindest, and was willing to listen to every question, comment and concern I had about boots. His mission was clearly focused on getting me the right equipment versus making a sale. He fitted me right away and they didn’t have a ton of inventory for my size and volume. We actually left to go to other stores and came back to work with Chris. If you are in Whistler and need anything for gear these are your guys!

Oh my gosh I want to give George a hug. After trying so many boots I got told I needed custom fitted boots. My feet are problematic so I wasn’t surprised. Wow what he can do with boots to make them fit your feet is genius. They feel like slippers compared to my old ones. And I loved chatting with him, a true gentleman of the mountain and a whistler legend apparently. Travis and nick have also been awesome we have a family with new skis and boots and everyone super happy! And thank you George!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Tim, Thomas and Christopher went above and beyond to help our party of 5 find the right skis for the ever-changing Whistler weather.

I had my new Atomic boots "fitted" in Sydney before I came to Whistler -or so I thought. No even close. I have weird flipper-feet that don't fit any standard size -wide and high-arched.
Christopher here at Evo turned them from two torture devices into something as comfortable as an old pair of sneakers.
He was personable, professional, and explained everything he did before he started. He also offered invaluable advice on getting my new boots on and off again. What a top bloke!

Walked in for a boot fitting and walked out one happy guy. The fitter here worked true magic on my boots. CAD40/boot but it was a lot better than selling me on a new pair!

Bought a set of used skis here the other day. I was helped by a really nice guy, I'm sorry i've forgotten his name (maybe Leo). He spent about 15 minutes explaining a few different things to me which I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the skis I purchased and the service I received. Great experiences at this shop. Useful inventory, knowledgeable and patient staff, and set us up on short notice with two high-end rental DH bikes for a day when another shop in the area botched reservations badly. Having tried a couple other shops in Whistler Village, this one will have our repeat business. Thanks guys!

I went through Evo Village Sports for my Line Skis warranty and they were the best, big thank you to Chris for genuinely making my season!

Halfway through the season I claimed warranty on my Line Skis (they de-lammed) and Chris was extremely friendly and helpful the moment I walked in. He was very open about the whole process and communicated with me every step of the way, as well as sending emails etc.the moment he said he would. Chris was quick, effective, and very approachable for any questions I had.

It's worth mentioning I did not buy the skis in Whistler and many other stores turned me down, Evo had no obligation to help me. I also have gone through another store for a different warranty and it is still on going (4 months later) and the entire process has been very different. Evo Village Sports is the place to go and I cannot thank Chris enough for being so helpful and just an all-rounded legend.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any help with their equipment.
