I brought a group of staff to Whistler as a thank your for being awesome, and we used these guys for their 10 passenger van. Awesome service, super knowledgeable staff with great resource information about the area. Prompt, on time, and even with a slight discrepancy in pick up locations, they made sure to get us to the airport on time. Will definitely use them when we’re in the area again.

We booked our trip a couple days before Christmas holidays from BC to AB and we didn’t want to drive and park at the airport, We emailed a few car services and we got a call within 10mins from Excel Limousine Service! We told them our situation and the customer service was above my expectations and they explained everything in detail and the Excel team made it very easy! They also made suggestions with not checking in luggage since the airlines were losing passengers luggage. Which we didn’t account for. Thank you for that!

A last minute family emergency almost upended my son's UBC move-in weekend. After a lot of logistical hoops jumped we found Excel limo service. Howie was so understanding and helpful and gave us the best solution to our issue. Of course, with COVID and travel issues, we had to make two more day of changes and Howie and staff still made things work. This company is awesome and our life saver. It was a snap to book our limo from Vancouver International to the Sheraton Wall…nearly immediate response via email. Driver, Sebastian, was waiting for us as we cleared customs…very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Our vehicle was a clean, late model SUV with plenty of space for the two of us and our luggage. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again on our next visit.

From the initial discussion with the booking agent through to completion of the booking, Excel was extraordinarily helpful and always friendly. Due to flight delays and cancellations at the origin point in the US we were constantly worried that our niece and her family would arrive in Vancouver without a ride waiting. We used this car service to take us from our hotel in Vancouver to the airport, and had a perfect experience! The driver was on-time (in fact, he arrived about 10-15 minutes early) and he was professional and courteous. The vehicle was extremely clean and I feel the price paid was totally worth the experience. This was so much nicer and more comfortable than a taxi. The online booking was easy to use. This is our 3rd time using this company and I would highly recommend them. They called us the day before to ensure we were still good for pick up. Told them of flight changes and we needed a 3am pick up. Driver meet us at Pan Pacific for early morning flight. Very courteous and talked to us about the area. Got to YVR and helped with locating carts to carry all our baggage. Thank you Excel and we'll be in touch next time in your great city.

I'm just hanging at the airport waiting for my friend at (YVR) and I overheard one of your drivers picking up his clients. His name was Bryan. He was incredibly polite, courteous and was asked to accommodate picking up from both the International and Domestic arrival gates. I was super impressed with your drivers professionalism. Nice to see someone so well mannered these days!

We booked with Excel for our to and from transport from Vancouver International to the Pan Pacific hotel. Drivers were superb both ways even when we had to be picked up at 4am for an early flight home. Will book with again!

Excellent service! We had half a day to spend in Vancouver and Brian really helped us see a lot. He had suggestions that optimized the amount of time between debarkation and the airport! Booked a day long private tour to see Shannon Falls, Brandyvine Falls, Lost Lake, Rainbow Park, Sea to Sky Gondola, Whistler from our base in Vancouver. The driver was Bob and he was a lovely gentleman who looked after me all day and who shared all his knowledge of the local area and Canada in general. The driving felt safe and secure at all times and it was an excellent 10 hour experience. Would highly recommend. Thanks Bob and look after yourself.

If you don't have stretch limousines any more take them off your website.i just called to request a car and he was SO incredibly rude to me.never ever using this company.

Great experience! Our group of 14 adults used this service for a visit to Vancouver prior to a cruise. Services included airport pickup on arrival, 5 hour tour of the city on day two, and transportation to the port on the following day. All the drivers were punctual, professional, and helpful. We felt that we received good value for the prices charged and would definitely use them again.

We used this service June 1 & return trip on June 8. The service was beyond excellent. Absolutely no hitch, day before email to remind of upcoming service. We had a group of eight going down from Burnaby to the cruise ship terminal for our cruise and then we returned with them one week later. Both going down and coming back the trips were excellent. Great customer service. We had Naz going down and I'm not sure of the fellas name coming back but both were very good drivers and made appropriate small so wtalk conversation. We were very pleased indeed with the service from beginning to end and would highly recommend this company.also they made the booking and confirmation process very seamless and sent out reminder emails and copies of our receipt so we were very pleased all around. Will definitely use them again. 5 stars.

Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the ferry, he drove us through heavy traffic and snow to get downtown, and did it in a confident and safe manner. He was very pleasant and polite. Andy picked up 12 of our guests in Seattle, drove them to Vancouver, then back to Seattle the next day. Prices were cheaper then US alternative companies. The trip was very fast both ways.
