Excel Nails

I had a horrible experience.it was my first and last time there. I wanted short French tips and they had someone who clearly was not yet trained well do my nails. The other nail techs looked at my nails and I know they could see the work wasn’t good but didn’t fix it. It was so disappointing and I didn’t want to waste my time re doing my nails there.

I've never had acrylic extensions with tips before, but they began falling off within a week. The work itself looked very nice, and I had initially been fairly content. Two weeks in, I'm missing 4/10. On the upside, they tend to fall off without pain or much damage to the real nail.

Work was quick and even, but the nail tech didn't want to do the three-color ombre I asked for. We sat next to examples much more elaborate than mine. She was polite, but a bit abrupt. The shop was clean, and the technicians were generally very friendly.

Nails were $80. As nice as they came out, I wouldn't go back. Being denied a basic ombre seemed lazy. Doubt I would recommend to others, as the nails didn't last very long.

Fabulous nails! Amazing pedicures! My husband came with me for his first pedicure and now he’s hooked. I also had Vanessa do a new set of acrylic nails and they are so beautiful! Exactly what I hoped for, with a fun swirl pattern, perfect for our upcoming vacation! 5 stars!

Absolutely terrible! 10/10 would recommend NOT going here.they’ll make u pay 80$ for a fill on something you didn’t even want.every nail shape was different, every length was different, and everything looks so sloppy.and when i finally worked up the courage to go back and say that i didn’t like the work that was done the lady got mad at me.and said “this is the best you’ll ever have your nails done i don’t know what your talking about”. Unless your going to vanessa or karen DONT GO

Went to the salon with my two coworkers, first of all we were rushed to choose our nails designs and colours, not a pleasant customer service. Secondly, my first coworker’s gel nail chopped off next day. It has been a week since I have done my nails and couple nails started to chop off. I would say the gel nail polish is not a good quality.

Got gel polish fill, where to begin. 1st time here & will be my last, old lady "LINDA" first of all a metal drill bit should be used to file off existing gel but she used an arbor band which heated up so bad it burnt my nail bed, secondly I asked for short nails and let's say I didn't get that, thirdly the gel was still sticky and not cured yet when she applied cuticle oil, let's just say I'll never get her again! She was so rude she didn't even seal the free edges, coming from a nail technician I should have done my own nails but didn't have the time as I am in the middle of moving.lady though that greeted me at the front was so pleasant & kind

The conversation and costumer service is always amazing, plus they’re great with scheduling. Being an out of towner with a busy work schedule, they always get me in.

Very hygienic and staffs are so nice and friendly! I love how the tools are sterilized and packaged individually in sterile pouches. I had my nails done elsewhere before but it never lasted more than 1 week. The retention here is amazing. I am so glad I found this salon!
