Small class sizes, easy to understand material and dedicated instructor. The online access is amazing with long explanations to all the questions which I can tell took a long time to write out. The 3 week course is the fastest way to get your license! Don't need to read the thick ubc textbook whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

I passed my first try so just in that that the course was worth it. The course material is spot. Meran knows his information inside and out and clearly has been doing this for a while. I did find that he's a little dry and just goes through the information. Not a fan of the in class lessons but the method and repetitive study that his system puts you through is virtually fail safe. I tried studying on my own and went through the UBC material twice. I wrote the exam after that and I was unsuccessful. Not wanted to go through the entire book again, I registered with Excel Realty Academy and thank God I did.

I passed my exam on the first try! The materials provided in this course are condensed and well put together. If you're like most people and you lead a busy life, this is a HUGE timesaver. Further, if your math skills are subpar (like mine), then you'll appreciated the system developed here to help you quickly understand the questions and get the correct answers! It's all there in a compact package.you STILL have to study but it will be far fewer hours than going it alone! Thanks for making this intimidating task so much more manageable!

I kid you not when I tell you that Mehran is the most knowledgeable and wise teacher I have ever met. I took the challenger course which is around 3 weeks and by 5 weeks I was ready for the exam. If you listen to his instructions, follow his study guide and be on top of everything you will pass. I passed the exam with a mark higher than my expectation, and this coming from someone who hasn't been to school in many many years. Anyone who is looking for a career in real-estate don't hesitate for one second to take his academy. Thank you for everything Mehran, I will always appreciate it and remember.

I wrote the Real Estate Exam twice in the past and I failed both times after putting my faith in another program who's owner promised the class we would pass. Because of this, I was ready to call it quits and pursue another career when I came across Excel Realty Academy and thought it was too good to be true. After taking the trial class and skimming through how detailed Meran's notes were, I was sold. After doing the course with Meran and following his 30 day study plan and mock exams, I passed the Real Estate Exam with 83%! I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get into real estate to sign up for Excel Realty Academy and not these other programs.

I thought these 5 star reviews really mean I would experience at least near fair quality. Well, not really. Despite all 5 star reviews, the class material were obviously grabbed from some other source. The class itself were disappointing and rushed. Can't believe I wasted my money. I'm gonna find another institute.

Low, Quality, The guy Copied all material from another class and I'm sure 100%. He put in his policy to not record his voice when teaching and now I understand why? Since he stole someone else materials and afraid of being sued.
He offer 3 weeks class and he never and couldn't complete and covering it. Why would you put GUARANTEE on your web site when you can't even teach all of them.
If I could I would put 0 STAR. 1 star is too much for him.
We paid 1$1000 for nothing.

I would give a 0 star if I could. The instructor rushes through the material and does NOT explain it well. I signed up for another school and noticed the examples and practice materials were the same. It seems like it was copied. I do not recommend this school at all! The rest is up to you. I regret signing up and wasted my money.

There’s no better choice of a 3rd party education to pass the exam and get your license. I had tried to teach myself the material when I first received my UBC textbook and when that fell flat I enrolled in another program but after completing that course I was far from confident that I had the skills and knowledge to pass the exam. I then found Excel Realty and was first wowed by the overwhelming amount of positive testimonials and I can vouch, absolutely unbiased 5 star testimonials. Meran is a fabulous teacher that takes his craft very seriously, he’s a passionate teacher than takes a lot of pride in his work. He has done such a beautiful job of making the bland, dry and honestly relatively complex law concepts and making them easy to remember, easily accessible and teaches them in a comprehensive manner. I took my course with Meran back in March right before everything went in to lockdown. Having to wait to write my exam really made things difficult but Meran’s online content helped to keep me focused and stay on his study schedule he provides for you. I would highly recommend Excel Realty Academy as it allowed me to pass with flying colors as I’m sure it will others as long as they put in the hard work.

I took Meran’s class because I went to another real estate course before this and the teacher was nowhere near as detail oriented as Meran was. Most of the other real estate courses have 20+ students and teach the class in a way where you are more focused on just being able to pass than actually understand the material. Meran goes the extra mile to make sure every single student in the class fully understands each concept before moving on. He is always willing to help even outside of the classroom and will explain things over text messages or even a phone call. I highly recommend this course based on my personal experience as I was able to fully understand each concept which is much needed to pass the real estate exam.
