Had a flat tire. They were able to service it in 20 minutes and put it back on my truck. Great people to work with!

I received awesome customer service from Bob and his team. They do good quality work at a fair price.

Stopped in because we had a low tire pressure warning. They were really awesome people and helped us so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend this shop!

If I could give Trail Tires (Revelstoke) more than five stars I would. I pulled in there just after 4: 00 with a flat tire. I had been at Martha creek campsite and waited SEVEN hours for BCAA. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with me. We were in and out so quickly! AND BEST OF ALL it was FREE! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

There have been two times that, while driving through town (I don't live in Revelstoke), where I required somewhat urgent assistance with my vehicle. With how crazy the world has been trying to get anything done, the employees at this shop have been about as accommodating as you could ever hope for. Can't say enough good about this team!

On a road trip to Golden I had a tire emergency. The folks at Trail Tire were extremely helpful and got us a new set of tires on super fast for a fair price.

We were on our way to Revelstoke from Vancouver and our car started to make a noise. We stopped by their shop to get it looked at. They took us in right away, they were super professional and friendly. They found the problem in no time and didn't over charge to have it fixed. Highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing! We were travelling with our boat (we had just purchased) and lost the tire tread just outside Golden. We nursed it to Revelstoke and brought it into the yard the guy working there waved at us to back right in. Within 40 minutes we had 4 brand new tires on the boat trailer and we were in our way! They understood our situation and simply looked after us! Sincerely appreciate these guys and what they do. I would suggest supporting g businesses that go above and beyond.

Jeremy and the staff went above all services and accommodated my family to get home safe while our van broke down on the side of the road. Thank you again for fixing our van in a timely fashioned! I highly recommend to anyone who needs tires and auto repair domestic and import in specific our Honda Odyssey.

Brad at Trail Tire was awesome. Aug 8/22 my wife’s motorcycle had some maintenance needed which I could do but it required a bit of help and Brad was super friendly and very accommodating. He helped us reduce our delay and we were on the road in no time. A great ambassador for the store. Thanks bud.

Customer service here is amazing. Jeremy and BoB were absolutely amazing we were left in a bad spot and they went out of there way to get us back on the road absolutely outstanding 100% recommend.

Jeremy was fantastic to deal with! We where visiting from Calgary on a ski getaway and decided the roads warranted buying some winter tires as we hadn't had time to swap out our decent all-seasons. Called Jeremy at 4: 30pm on Sunday and he had a set of Blizzaks brought in the next morning and had us on the road by 1pm. Exactly the times and price he discussed Sunday. Price and service where top notch!

Had two flat tires while passing thru Revvy, managed to make it here just before closing and Bob and the guys helped me out and got me back on the road. Thanks again

I've never had such an incredible experience at any tire shop before. Let me start with my issue. I blew out my tire on a pothole during a snow storm between Revelstoke and golden. It was close to the closing time of Trail Tire and these guys had the tire in stock that I recently purchased for my vehicle. (Michelin X-Ice) which very few other places actually had. I tried to call a few and no one carried them.

On top of that, these guys ended up staying almost an hour and a half after closing in order to make sure that I was taking care of. This is what I call exemplary customer service and a dedication to taking care of people. Both Bob and Oliver were incredible and I was extremely thankful to have had the opportunity to meet both these great people. I cannot say any greater words about this place and I'm really thankful that trail tire hires such wonderful people.

They both absolutely deserve a raise after what they did for me. Incredible incredible experience.

Thanks so much to Bob and his team for getting us back on the road after a flashing engine light disrupted our trip from Langley to Red Deer, on a Saturday when most garages are closed. He was very helpful and kind. Explained the scan that was done and assured us we were safe to proceed. We had no further problems on our journey. Much appreciated!

Service was fast for our oil change and winter tire change. We also bought the winter tires here and it is very affordable.

Below a tire on the highway and didn't have a spare - they built me one and had me on my in a clue of hours! Such a good experience.

Bob is an amazing guy and he definitely cares about his clients and always makes it super flexible and cost efficient.

On the way through to Kelowna, truck tires were out of balance. The tech pushed his lunch so we could get back on the road. Customer service was excellent on the phone too.

On our family trip to Kelowna from Calgary our 2013 Dodger Journey's alternator failed and we barely made it to Revelstoke.
Excel tire was able to get the car in right away and we were back on the road within 5 hours.
The manager Jeremy was very friendly and professional and provided lots of information over the phone as well as in person.
The parts, labour and overall price were fair.
Based on our experience we would highly recommend this shop.

I was driving from Vancouver to Calgary and blew a tire, we ended up having to have all 4 replaced at another shop in another town but we didn't have time to drive around and come back to have them retourqued. When I explained the situation to the guys at Excel they helped me out fast and when I asked what I owed the response I got was "a handshake". I would deal with these guys again in a heartbeat!

We ended up with a leak after picking up a sharp rock in our tire on the way from Calgary. The awesome guys at Excel Tire got us in right away and on the road in half an hour. My son is 3 and Bob took extra time to chat with him and show him a puppy video while we waited. We are so thankful we found them just in time!

Cruising along nicely in my Toyota FJ cruiser when bam.the dashi lights up and battery power basically no longer exists.get into revy and she dies at a gas station. Get her boosted and head to excel tire but she dies again in an intersection.called Bob at Excel and he sends a mechanic over to boost me and follow me to the garage.ended up having to spend the night as it was after 4pm by this time. Bob gave me a list of hotels and drove to the one I chose.
These beauties at Excel tire in Revelstoke went above and beyond, and got me on the road Sade and good to go.
While I hope you don't break down ever my friends on the highway, should you find yourself broken down give these people a call. And feel totally secure that they will only do their absolute best to get you all going.

Honest, Friendly, Fair priced.

We were set to leave Revelstoke and continue our road trip on Sunday morning, when we had car troubles. These guys were the only place open, and although they were busy, they fot us in nearly immediately! They were honest and friendly, not to mention they didn't even try to take advantage of our situation by hiking prices or playing "additional cost" games. Our entire family thanks you guys for helping our holiday continue as smoothly as possible!

Had emergency tire repair, these guys had me back on the road worth a guaranteed patch within the hour. Service with a smile and a laugh. Thanks very much!

Had a tube fail on me about a month back on a truck I just bought. The tires were bald anyways and I needed to get home so I stopped by excel for a set of 4 tires for the dually rear axle on the truck. They were pretty quick in getting them on thankfully as I had to get back on the road. The owner who i talked to at first was nice and helpful, but when I was sent to the "truck shop" to get the tires fitted, the attendant was quite brash and rude (looked like he was over worked and understaffed)

Less than a month later I had another tube go flat (different tube) and when I took it into another shop I was told there was a small bit of metal inside the tire that rubbed and caused the flat. As well I was told the tubes they put into the rims were the wrong tubes and that's why I've had so much trouble getting access to the stem on the inside tire and why as soon as I got a partial flat the tube spun inside the tire. The real kicker to this mess was that the tires I bought under there recommendation are to wide, and under full load (that I openly disclosed to them when shopping for the tires) they flex out enough to rub and should have been one size thinner. As it stands now I'm going to have to replace a set of tires I've hardly used or else I'm going to completely destroy them under a full load, so not happy about my experience here at all.

Unfortunately, these guys dont want to take responsibility for their unprofessionalism.our car was broken and towed to this shop a couple of days ago (June 16th, 2018). They could not fix the problem, and in addition, they broke the panel buttons. The car was brought there with one issue, and we left this shop with more issue. We were fine that these guys were not able to fix the car and paid for their time, but didnt expect they returned our car with more issues and not taking responsibility for it! Very sad! Never come to these guys!

In our motorhome, we had run over a rock in a rock-slide near Revelstoke. One of the back tires was damaged. Bob sprang into action and ordered a replacement wheel in Alberta and a tire from Kelowna.

Concerned about our safety, he suggested we not drive the motorhome (it has dual rear tires – only one was damaged.) He said that we could “camp” in the parking lot at Excel Tire while we wait for the wheel and the tire to arrive. He showed us where we could fill with water and offered to let us use their power.

Additionally he suggested places to visit and things to do which we really appreciated, especially the fitness center where we could work-out and shower. We also enjoyed a historical walking tour of downtown Revelstoke given by the museum across the street from Excel Tire given by Cathy English (she is fantastic).

After a couple days the wheel and the tire arrived, the guys quickly installed them and we were on our way with lots of great memories.
