Exclusive Floors

Lots of delays, problems, had a problematic time over a month getting product in - but after noting it, and having to get something not initially desired, and not having discount applied at time of pick up, they were willing to see it through after the fact - so adjusted this review accordingly - if in stock, all good go for it, people seem good - if not in stock, be cautious.but at least they were willing to make good after the fact - long delays, but at least the desire to make it better so for that I will recognize that there are good people there - hence upping to 4/5 - if discount goes through shall see if more, but for now, will put at this until entire account is settled

Great professional service provided. We had some technical issues post installation but Won, manager, was prompt in getting back to us and provided a time-line of when repairs could be completed. Top notch! Highly recommend.

When I realized I wanted to remove the carpet and install a new floor for my home, for me the priority was a high quality laminate, that is scratch resistant and water spill forgiving. After shopping around at different flooring stores, I decided to go to Exclusive Floors to have a look. The Surrey branch had more samples of the Mohawk Revwood and also the complete line of Evoke Surge series, which after extensive research,
were the lines I was interested in. There I met Bill Yardley, who provided great advice and was able to provide an even better price (almost 10% difference from the deal I got from another store for the exact same product after they brought down their prices significantly). I would recommend the Surrey branch and Bill even if, like me, it meant a longer drive. Overall the advice and price made it much worth it.

We are currently undergoing major renovations at our home, which required new flooring. We appreciated the competent service we received with Exclusive Floors. Rowenna/Surrey Branch made all parts of the process go smoothly. Her technical expertise with design background gave us the perfect product for our home. My hard to impress husband was very impressed by the flooring installers excellent work. Without hesitation, we would recommend Exclusive Floors and in particular Working with Rowenna.

We had a great experience with Cypris and his team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a home improvement! Friendly, flexible and knowledgeable.

Happy to say that I’m pleased with my new flooring, Vik was very helpful he always answered my questions and responded to my emails & calls on time.

I visited this store twice this week and both times nobody offered to help me. Also noticed no other customers were in the store. I won't be returning.

I've worked with Rowenna from Exclusive Floors on a few home projects now - carpeting, hardwood, and tiling different floors. She has been very helpful throughout the design and project management process, I would highly recommend to give her a call!
