Best nail place ever! The staff here is so kind and sweet:) They are so accommodating with appointment times here if you have to work after your nail appointment and tell them when you need to leave by, you will not be late! This means so much to me with my busy schedule of split shifts thanks to the awesome staff here I'm able to find time to get my nails done. I've gotten two sets of solar nails from here and loved them both:) When I accidentally broke off some nails they were able to fit me in the minute I called to fix them, and because I told them I have a job that is hard on my nails they even let me buy the glue which I thought was so cool. Jen is amazing! She did both my sets of nails exactly how I wanted them - scratch that - better than what I wanted! If you're looking for a great place to get perfect nails quickly and efficiently look no further, Exotic nails is the best!

Went here to get shellac done on my nails in December while visiting Kelowna. The girl who did my nails was very friendly at first but when I told her I wasn't happy with the result (the polish looked patchy and she tried fixing it by going over it with multiple coats but that just made my nails look messy) she got upset and told me it was my fault because I picked a light shade. Even the guy who runs the business blamed me for picking a light color and for not getting a full mani done first. Then I asked for a redo from another lady at the place and although she did a much better job, she was rude and rough and kept muttering under her breath about how I shouldn't have complained. When I mentioned to her I'll be leaving a review for the poor service, she said "we don't care, we already have lots of clients". Very unprofessional!

My sister and I went in together and they’re a lovely crew. The lady who did my nails did an excellent job. She was very kind and did amazing work.

The nail techs were all welcoming, patient, and willing to give you what you want.the lady I had her name was Helen and she was amazing with her work! Definitely coming back!

Thanks to Linda, Peter and all the staff for being so great. Best salon in Kelowna hands down. Beyond amazing from customer service, and hands down best nails in town. 10+ years a customer. I cant rave them enough. Thanks Linda for today!

Helen consistently does an AMAZING job on my nails! Gives perfect suggestions, always listens, and has such a sweet personality:) If u need acrylics done in Kelowna pls go to exotic! <3

Awful. Went to get my powder dip taken off my nails. He soaked my nails in a bowl of acetone for 50 minutes. When I told him my skin was hurting multiple times he got mad and told me to not take my hands out. Finally, my hands hurt so bad that I had to take them out, and the nice women getting pedicures beside me urged me to do so. I now have chemical burns on my hands. The women beside me suggested I get up a leave, but the man grabbed my hand and made me sit back down. He got the buzzer to take the gel off and kept cutting me and squeezing my hands, and when I winced or pulled away slightly when he would cut me, he would look up and scowl at me. Besides this point, he was rude In general and was also very rude to the women next to me getting pedicures. He also would go between giving them pedicures and me without washing his hands. He then charged me $20 for the removal. My hands are left stinging and burning and red, with peeling skin.

Great service, called last minute and they let me come and get a full set. Linda was very nice and nails are gorgeous:)

My girlfriend went to get her nails done and came back with paper thin nails and hands burnt by acetone as the worker forcefully made her soak her hands in it for 45 minutes. She tried to leave at the start and the male worker forced her to stay, continuing to burn her hands. In addition to that, he filled her nails to a point in which they became paper thin as he was “agitated” that she wanted to leave. Not only do they know the safety protocols while using irritant chemicals but they are additionally incompetent when it comes to quality customer service. I strongly advise not going here as I don’t want anyone else to go through what my girlfriend went through.

Wasted my time. I made an appointment for 12: 15. I was waiting for a while, they took a girl with a 12: 30 appointment before me. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes and ended up leaving. Every time I would call ahead to schedule an appointment and always waiting for 30+ mins with no word from staff is unacceptable

I just moved to Kelwona and was so lucky to find exotic nails. I would recommend Helen to anyone looking for quality work. A true perfectionist who does her best every time. My go to salon for sure

Have had my nails done here twice now (acrylic both times).
Tyson did my nails the first time, and followed my reference photo exactly and did a wonderful job. The second time my nails where done by Helen. She also did amazing and I got exactly what I wanted. Definitely recomend this salon.

I love the way Linda does my nails. They are exactly what I ask for every time. All the staff are beyond helpful, and happy to see me every time. I have never had so many compliments on my nails. Linda’s work is absolutely stunning! I have also had the pleasure of Hannah doing my nails and Peter doing my toes. They are all beyond perfection every time. Staff were rude or otherwise uncommunicative and the place and tools didn't seem very clean. My nails seemed rushed and the filing was rough. At the end, my gel nails turned out lumpy. Will not be returning.

Exotic N. S is very modern and clean. LINDA is one of the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in her process that I’ve never seen any other technicians do. She takes her time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

I had Linda for my nail technician and she was such a gem! She took her time when doing my nails and was very precise to ensure they were all symmetrical. I highly suggest for anyone wanting to try acrylic nails out for the first time, and to ask for Linda! All in all, a wonderful experience and l will be returning again soon.

I saw a deal on the website for $50 mani pedi, so I decided to give this place a try. Bad idea. 2/10 wouldn't recommend. Rushed. Over all not good experience. In the end I paid over $90.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. The lady didn’t pay attention and there were several air bubbles when she was done. After a day my nails started chipping, even though I got shellac. It was also unclean.

My daughter and I were both very happy with our nails. The staff were friendly, professional and took the time to paint the design my daughter wanted.

Very expensive but less experienced staff. It was very annoying to explain what I want and still staff girl did really bad nails. For gel nail extention don't expect basic cuticle manicure. They just started by applying nails. And charged $10 extra for manicure plus gel extentions.

Amazing! Amazing results! My set was perfect! Best set I’ve had in a long time! My pedicures was so good too! Really helped treat my feet! Only issue was the 55$ set somehow worked out to 75 and it was a basic French? Either way satisfied even so!

Helen did a gel set for me today. Very kind and pays close attention to detail and checks in to make sure you like what’s being done! Would recommend for anybody looking for a beautiful detailed set!

I was very excited that they took me in quite quickly as a walk in but the service was extremely disappointing. I went in to relax and felt rushed like I was bothering them by getting a pedicure. My feet were already in the water when they said they were only accepting cash (which I would have loved to have known before I sat down). The treatment was okay but nothing worth returning for. I'm all about cleanliness and this place felt run down and dimly lit. If you're in a pinch it's nice to know they can see you at the last minute but I prefer other nail spas in Kelowna that provide you with a more personalized experience.
