Olivia is very helpful throughout the process of booking my wonderful cruise. She had given me many suggestions and follow up me with phone and email days before my cruise and make sure I have the correct information. The cruise had changed my cabin without letting me know and luckily she had notified me just the day before the cruise day. Also one of the Expedia excursion had cancelled due to the weather, she had helped me followed up with the office and got my refund back in ease. I really appreciated the service of this location and would love to book with her and her team again. I know many people prefer book the trip by themselves online but having an agent around really give you a peace of mind.:)

Expedia Cruises rep Jose Lopez organized a great trip to the Riu Resort in Puerta Vallarta for us. Everything went very smoothly, flights worked out well, and the resort was great, we were very happy with the service we got.

Mr. Jack Wong has been our "go-to" person for many years when playing a trip. He has assisted us with plans for Alaska 2016; Greenland 2017; French Polynesia 2018; Japan 2019 and Alaska 2023. Unfortunately, the Japan cruise was cancelled due to COVID. The rest of the trips were very well planned by Mr. Wong and were everything we could hope for and more.

Mr. Wong has always been courteous; thorough, and promptly responds to requests. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and knows when to press beyond what we would think to ask for. I was delighted that he was still available to help plan the 2023 cruise. Once again he went the extra distance in assisting me and I hope he will be available for years to come.
