I recently acquired an electric bike, which I love, but the seat was very uncomfortable. Also, I missed the rear view mirror of my old coaster bike. I rode my lovely bike to Experience Cycle and Will and Maryanne helped me pick out a great new seat, the perfect rear view mirror and even helped me choose some amazing gloves! All for much less than I could have found everything on line. I was happy with my purchases and then Will, the owner, asked if I would like him to install the new seat post, saddle and rear view mirror. At no cost! Just because they are good. I highly recommend this wonderful bike shop!

Had an issue that needed solving quick as I came into Duncan to ride the local trails from out of town. Will and his team took a look at my bike and solved the issue within 5 minutes of me showing up. Had me back on the trails in no time! Top notch service, appreciate it guys.

Experience is the best cycle shop in Cowichan Valley - hands down i went in there on Wed after being turned away from 2 other shops (one in Chemainus) So my 5 year old blew out her tire while camping and you could imagine the drama that caused. Without hesitation Christian came out and immediately started brainstorming options of how to fix this as it was your typical CDN tire kids bike and i guess they use smaller tubes then other bikes. Then the lady behind the desk, possibly the owner simply stated “the kids gotta ride” Even though they were visibly busy they prioritized this repair and did it for $21 AMAZING customer service - honest work. You stepped up and I greatly appreciate it i’ll be back

Exceptionally Helpful and Friendly Bike Shop Experience!

The most amazing bike shop ever, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The crew was incredibly friendly and chatty, making me feel right at home. They even gave me fantastic tips on the best places to visit. As a visitor to Canada, their warm welcome meant the world to me. The service was exceptional, and they fixed up a bike in no time - making sure it was in tip-top condition. Plus, their taste in music was on point! I will always give this bike shop my patronage. I went in for a tune up on an old bike. The owner, Will, did not feel it was safe for me to ride and the cost to fix it was not worth the price of the bike. He found me a used bike in his inventory, gave it a tune up, and presented it to me for free. The bike is beautiful and barely used and I love it! Thanks so much Will, for going out of your way to provide me with an exemplary experience in your shop and for being an all around great guy. You have my vote! I've also heard many other people say great things about the work you do in the community to help people out. It does not go unnoticed or appreciated. I now have a safe and comfortable ride that will last me for years and get me out riding with my kid. Thanks again Will:)
