Went in for a necklace repair. All I can say is - excellent customer service; very kind, sweet and passionate:) I would definitely come back again and highly recommend them to friends and others.

Terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone… unless you like waiting a month and a half to get your work back just to find out they lost it. Very disappointed.

I got such a great service with the ladies there! You should definitely choose this place for your engravings and jewellery repairs!

This place is a joke! My fiancée brought my ring in for a repair and was quoted $75 for a gem placement, said the ring would be fixed at the weeks end. We then had to wait two weeks to hear back, when he called them today they said it would be ready tomorrow. We then get a call back from them saying they haven’t touched the ring yet and that the price is now over $200. Wasted our time, no communication and making up prices!

The new 3x labour charge for your own material policy will have me never coming back. 165$ for a single band ring cast. These prices are criminal even in this economy.
I get my own gold to SAVE MONEY not SPEND MORE.
To add the manager was "out of country in a no reception zone" the whole time.
Hendri an employee who works there gave this place five stars. Talk about conflict of interest.
Will be buying my own gold and dealing with my usual guy with this last straw here. The only reason I ever came is because they have gold upfront. Never again
Never see my business again. Go elsewhere.

I would have gone to my usual if I knew you were gonna charge 3x my usual guy so I would disagree and say the words used in your email such as "sentimental value to customer". A lump of tested 18k gold has zero sentimental value. Maybe my grandmother's rings do but a button of excess cast is definitely not. Language.
And your method pigeonholed people into paying so much extra labour or refrains them from using their own materials and paying for yours. So you are correct the savings are imaginary with you guys.

My ring was perfectly repaired, and finished in less time than I had expected. They charged me less than they estimated. Communication and service was absolutely top notch. Absolutely my go to for repairs from here on in. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Go literally anywhere else, unless you enjoy getting a run around and condescending employees.
