Smooth leasing process. Friendly staffs. I rented a Tesla Y, the car is clean when I picked it up. It was a great driving experience.

We hired a car from this company and I specifically asked him after I paid all the extras for the insurance about liability.

He looked me straight in the eye and said if anything happened I would not have to pay anything.

Brought the car back with a small scratch on the side and he wanted to charge me $500 cad.
After much discussion I got him to charge me $250.
But I should have paid nothing like he said originally.
The car was already full of scratches.

Rented a car from them in early May to go to the Okanagan. The breaks were shot, coming down the mountains the car was shaking so hard it dislodged baggage. I mentioned this the the agent and he didn't seem to care at all. If they give you a car with the license plate NH9 1OS, please be careful
