Express Care - 228 St

Went in after a very hectic morning of car troubles, and they absolutely took care of everything and went beyond what was asked. They were professional, kind, and very generous with the service they gave. As someone who gets anxious with car issues, they made me feel absolutely taken care of and comfortable to figure out my next steps with getting my car fixed. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone:)

They are always so kind, polite and welcoming.
They do not make me feel like a damsel in distress with my vehicle. They walk me thru everything and answer all my questions. They aren’t pushy and are very knowledgable. I won’t go elsewhere for my oil change!

I was on my way to work and I blew a tire. I was able to limp my car over to Burnett st and park it next to express care. Being 530am, they were closed. I had a spare but the jack and tire iron were both missing so I wasn’t able to swap out the flat. I got to work and returned to express care around 845am. Wesley was opening the shop and I explained the situation to him. He had a member of his team come over to the street with a jack and iron and had my tires switched in less than 10 minutes. To top it off he fill my tires with air and I was able to get to a tire shop near by later that day. I always get my oil changes done here, but this level of above and beyond service is exactly why I will continue coming here for my oil changes. Thanks again to Wesley and his team!

Wes & the team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional above all. Throughout my fuel filter change I was able to rest easy knowing Wes and the team were communicating the proper procedures out loud to each other like click work. I am very hesitant with who works on my expensive vehicles and I knew that the team there knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciate Wes and the team even taking the time to speak with me about my truck and share experiences about their own. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back. Very pleasantly surprised.

This has been our go to place for several years now, including with our work vehicles. Honestly, cannot get over how on the ball the team is and how on point their customer service is from the moment you pull up until the moment they open the door for you to leave. If you’ve tried other oil change places, definitely check them out. They do much more than just oil changes and you seriously will not be disappointed.

Always so positive and welcoming! Give you recommendations but never pushy to have you do it. There’s one closer but we would rather drive further to go to these guys cause we’ve never had a bad experience!

You'd think there wouldn't be that big of a difference between places for oil changes, but this place is by far the best service I've ever gotten.

Very impressed by the thoroughness and care they took when doing an oil change on my truck. I'm always a bit skeptical when going to quick stop oil change services but Express Care beyond exceeded expectations. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend this play to everyone needing to get their car serviced. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Grateful to have stumbled upon this place as it was closest to where I live. Plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff all working together as a team to provide a great customer experience. No need to brace yourself for the upsell! They respect their customers by being honest about what work actually needs to be done on your vehicle, all while offering competitive rates.

Took my new to me car in because i had a very bad vibration through out my whole car after hitting a big rock. Thinking it had crushed the exhaust. These guys got me right in and we all had a look at the bottom of the car. They found that the skid plate had done its job but was bent enough the sit on the transmission. The fellow actually had to proper spacers to get the plate off the trans. Vibration gone and car is back to normal. Sent me on my way! Can't thank you guys enough and will be back for an oil change soon.

My husband texted me a picture of a huge oil leak on our garage floor from my vehicle while I was at work, told me to get my oil checked asap. On my lunch break I went to express oil. They were amazing. They told me I had a huge oil leak but replaced everything quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional. Even though one car was in front of me they came to greet me and let me know the wait wouldn’t be long. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed by the Manager Wesley and the attendant Ryan. They were friendly and informative. They suggested what I needed replaced (wiper blades and air filter) but were not pushy when I declined. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! I will be back!

After years of going to different locations of Mr. Lube, I had - had enough! The last service at Mr. Lube the overfilled my oil by 1+ liters, that was it!
After a lot of positive recommendations, I decided to check out Express care on 228/Lougheed and I wonder why I waited so long!
I was greeted by the friendliest tech, I have ever encountered named Wesley. He was informative and helpful from beginning to end. His service was Add+. I was there before opening and he took me in no problem, looked the car over with a fine tooth comb and most importantly never made me feel pressured.
He found some lights out and replaced them for me. Then as a courtesy, vaccumed all the foliage out from under the hood, cleaned up some rodent droppings, washed all my windows and pumped out my old pink wiper fluid for newer winter stuff - ALL NO CHARGE!
Plus, I was given a discount for being a new customer and a $20 rewards card that I can use at each visit.
Overall I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Especially Wesley and I will be taking my car and there for years to come!

We just moved to Maple Ridge few months ago and searched a nearest auto shop and found Express Care. I'm very satisfied with the service and Wesley took care of my car. I asked him for a suggestion and he is very honest. A great experience and will come back again. I highly recommend them.

My girlfriend got her oil changed in her truck and I was with her in the passenger seat. After everything they did they went through the things they found. The manager looked past her in the driver's seat and looked directly at me in the passenger seat and began to tell me what was wrong. Not entirely sure how professional that is to look past the owner of the vehicle to talk to the passenger. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Been stopping into this location for several years. Always been happy with the service, as the staff has always been professional and courteous towards me, their reporting has been good, and they're not pushy. Sure they want to sell me more services and products when I'm there, but unlike some places I've been to, they respect the "no thanks" and don't belabour the issue. I don't return to places where I've been subjected to pressure sales tactics, so the fact that I keep going to Express Care says a lot. Overall, as long as they keep treating me well, I'll keep going back. I take my truck to my mechanic for most things, but when I just need an oil change and some fluid top ups, Express Care is quick and the price is reasonable.

I had a 20 minute time limit and the owner got me in and out in less than 20! He did my oil change personally and the service was great. I was beyond impressed with the quality and service i received. Thank you guys so so much for the quick and kind service! They offered me drinks when i arrived (I mean no other oil place I've gone to besides my car dealer did that for me). Very happy I stumbled upon them in my time of need!

When getting tokens for the wash, I dealt with friendly and professional people who were very helpful. The wash bays are perfectly spaced for four vehicles and seem very efficient at getting all the dirt off the vehicle. Highly recommend.

First class service. Actually it gets better - I'm delighted with the sales approach: no up-sell pressure! Aaron gave helpful information, options and prices if I wanted to change additional filters/fluids, but never did I feel pressure to make a decision to spend more then I'd planned. It's consistent: I've been in 4 -6 times, been served by different staff, all with courtesy, good information, workmanship and - best of all - no pressure!
