Excellent people great Doctor Cindy is awesome in the front and it's not a super long wait

The whole experience was great. From the booking to speaking with the doctor! The pharmacy had my prescription quickly and ready for pick up! Excellent service. Thank you

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Koseff, and I'm thoroughly impressed.he was both compassionate and professional. He listened attentively, addressing my concerns with expertise and patience. What stood out was his genuine care for my well-being, making the experience reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Koseff to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable healthcare provider.

I shouldn't judge the clinic too harshly considering I never got in. Went there twice with no doctor on site either time, even though i was told one would be there the next day. Not very helpful for a clinic

Doctor is rarely in with no fixed schedule. Its impossible to know as it changes week to week regardless of their posted business hours. Had to use a doctor that was available through call in only. Appointments are pre booked far in advance.

Cindy the receptionist informed us that its this way because the doctor is working for Costal Health (or some such nonsense) so that is the reason hes not at his walk in clinic? How is this a walk in clinic? If a doctor cannot be present at his own practice why have it open in the first place?

Oh, right, money.

To sum it up. Waste of time. Dont bother going here. If i could rate zero i would.

We arrived early, my son and i went twice, waiting in the cold to get in because Cindy does not review the messages or answer the phone (at least thats my experience). Both times we were told its all booked but a different doctor working at another unaffiliated site could call us. We tried that. The call was 20 min late.

I think my son was misdiagnosed. This is the issue with call up doctors, they dont SEE the problem.

I tried 3 walk ins but all closed. This clinic was at capacity but I could make a phone appointment right away. I needed my son's antibiotics and I got it in time. Thanks!

Very rude reception. Would not allow a doctor to listen to my son's chest. Said they don't do pediatrics. I'm sorry but everyone especially children should not be turned away when in need of medical care.

I had a very good first time experience. Cindy was very nice, Dr was great and so was the pharmacy.

Was told to come back at 3: 30. Came back. Doctor is not in and was told we couldn’t be seen today. MOA acted like we were bothering her.

When you see walk-in clinic you expect to go in and wait in line not go in and get told that it’s booked up as people came into the clinic in the morning and saved/booked their spot. I simply needed a small test done and they weren’t able to get me in quickly and have me on my way. I do not recommend this clinic

Best experience I have had at a walk in clinic in chilliwack. No wait time I was taken back as soon as I walked in. The doctor actually listened to what I had to say and is the first doctor out of the 4 I have seen since July that finally sent me to get tests done. Extremely professional and friendly, made me feel heard and at ease.

Completely ignored me and let other people go before me after I had signed in before them. When I asked about it I was treated like a second class citizen and pretty much laughed at

Have tried calling 3x but no one answers the phone. Drove to clinic and they said doctor is away until Saturday. No other doctor available to cover so they are closed until Saturday. Another stark indication of how mismanaged our medical system is: (

I was very happy with the speed and service and would highly recommend both the doctors and the pharmacy for excellent efficiency and customer service. They go above and beyond to satisfy customer/patient needs!
