Express Flooring

I just finished building my first house. The team at express were very helpful helping me pick out my tile and flooring. I wasn't working with a designer but had lots of help from Chris. Very happy with the outcome!

Love this business! They have a variety of in stock flooring to choose from, as well as special order options. The staff is great and Dustin was a HUGE help for me during an incredibly stressful time during which I found myself having to deal with an unexpected reno. Thanks so, so much Dustin and team. Wish I could give more stars!

Well Chris, I wish I didn’t have to take the time to write this. We tried ordering tile from your business and you let us down twice. The first time was not giving us the correct information on your tile and finding out a month into our bathroom Reno that it was not suitable with a steam shower. So with a shortened time line we tried again and were informed it would take a least 3weeks for any ordered tile. We ordered the floor tile from you and had to source other shower tiles to get the job done. This didn’t sit well with you, but what choice did we have. Now 3 weeks waiting for your company to provide floor tile only (after confirmation from yourself in the store that you would have the tile available and having had us come in to reaffirm our choice) we are told by our contractor that you haven’t even ordered the tile. Overall a frustrating and pointless experience. No apology from you, only attitude…to any potential customers, take your business elsewhere! This is not the place!

We had Express Flooring recommended to us by our tile layer and we were not disappointed. Cris was our sales person and walked us through it all. He showed us surplus stocks and sales stock they wanted to move and it was exactly what we have been looking for. We contacted our tile layer and Cris talked him through it to make sure we got the proper tiles. During this time we had to make several changes in our tiles selection to get the right colour and product. In the end we departed with all the proper tiles at a very good price. We have been looking since 15 Feb 22 and we couldn't believe our luck when we met Cris and he walked us through it all. We couldn't have found a better sales person. It was just our good luck that day and it was meant to happen. We still would have been looking. Thank you Cris. Hasse and Coleen

From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and we knew we wanted to do business with the folks at Express flooring. With the whole team working together, it was clear that I wasn't just one persons client, but a client of the store - everyone was great to deal with and made it clear how valued we were. Our main contact was Kevin where he had gone above and beyond on multiple times to help accommodate us. As with ANY construction endeavor, you plan for hiccups along the way, and when they arose, the service was empathetic, professional, courteous and respectful. I will be recommending Express Floors to ANYONE I speak to that is in the market for flooring. Also, a HUGE shoutout to the Installer Jordan and his team for an impeccable install. They were finished ahead of schedule and also offered to go above and beyond the regular duties of an Installer.

Dealt with Melissa at Express to purchase carpet and laminate. Had my installer take measurements for me so I knew what I had to order. Explained to the sales person what I needed based on 12' roll. Ordered and paid. My installer picked up and called me to say that they found Express very unorganized and that we were approximately 4' short. The installer also mentioned they didn’t even cut the carpets
for the different rooms just left in one long piece. I called Express and they said that they gave me the invoice which showed the amount that was being ordered based on 13'. I explained that I gave them the amount based on 12' and expected them to calculate on the 13'. She said that it is really the responsibility of the installer to order the product and that they could order the shortfall and would cost approximately another $300 + taxes. They would take no responsibility at all and put it all on me. I would have appreciated if they would have taken some accountability and explained that the installer should be ordering not me. I am now short carpet and cannot have my closet done unless I pay the extra money. Not pleased or impressed. If they had made some sort of effort to take some responsibility it would have made a world of difference. Make sure when using Express flooring that you know what you are doing as they will take no responsibility for any error in order.

Dustin and his team provided great products that were very competitively priced. The install team were friendly and completed the install to the highest standards. I would definitely buy from Dustin again in the future!

We purchased some flooring for a room reno with the help of Melissa and Dustin. They were a pleasure to deal with and Melissa took the time to go through all the flooring types to make sure we were getting exactly the product we needed to fit our budget. They even gave us a quick demonstration on how to install it with some tips which really helped. We’re really satisfied with both the customer service and product.

Unfortunately I had to do a return, usually I avoid this like the plague but the staff here made me feel like this wasn't my fault. I really appreciate you guys and will recommend you to any person looking for good products and great service!
