I am disappointed to do an oil change and find out that not only they charged the oil change fee, but they also added fee for parts, that I was never aware of. You will never see this in other shops.

This is not the first time that I was surprised by them that extra fee was added when you made a payment and quickly wanted to leave the counter.

Can they be more certain and tell you upfront what fees they will charge on your bill?

Came in for an oil change last weekend and must say that it was as good of an experience as it could be. They have a first-come first-serve system for oil changes so you know exactly how long it will take. Great price and all the staff were friendly. Recommend thoroughly

Oil change first time there. Walked in no appintment. No wait. Extremely helpful and friendly.

The service here is excellent, they really prioritize helping and you and solving the problem instead of wasting your time and trying to get money out of you.
