Have this place listed as an "Inconvenience Store". Its a sketchy dump run by thieves. $260 worth of products I paid for, missing, with zero explanation as to where it is.

They're listed as one of the drop ship addresses to pick up Wish online orders, but don't be surprised if half of your order is missing when you go to pick it up. This is strike two. This is a business that, when you first walk in, looks like it only exists to launder illicit funds "Breaking Bad" style. Seriously.

Mail tracking indicated that the parcels were dropped off. Wish confirmed that the items were there. However, princess snowflake behind the counter doesn't feel its necesary to check to see if they are there.

This isn't all of my order, I state and ask her to double check. She says no. Its just too much hassle. I guess so, when you're stealing stuff that isn't yours.

Guessing princess snowflake's parents own the business and she has to work there now as punishment for dropping/flunking out of college. So every day is a fresh cup of hell, which she decides to share with any unfortunate soul who wanders through those doors.

Going to let the police investigate this after I file a report - postal theft is a crime. Wonder what else they're going to find when they walk through this place.

This seems to be the place all the homeless people that live in their campers around Lowe's Hardware buy their drugs from, according to the locals. This sketchy little dungeon looks like it's Straight Outta Compton. Helpful to know if you're into that sort of thing, I guess.

They provide tons of services there. Dog is really cute and the cashier girl looks pretty cute too.

Online said they were open until 8 pm, so I rushed to get there and arrived at 740 pm. I was waving at the girl and she waved her hand saying closed. If you aren't going to follow your online schedule then don't have one! What a waste of my time.

Horrible customer service. Don't do anything u-Haul here. Tried to drop off a U-Haul and wasn't aloud. Not only was the place closing 40min early (lady said they closed at 7pm not 8pm) but the lady from the convenience store came out running and screaming at us saying we're "not aloud to park 15ft trucks here" even though we were told by U-Haul that, that was the correct drop off location and instead of calmly trying to explain the situation, I got screamed at frantically for about 30min after spending an entire day moving, that we will get a ticket and then got told to drop off the truck at a totally different location across vancouver and either cab or bus home. Just don't waste your time dealing with these people.

Ordered uhaul from here and nobody was in store both times for pick up and drop off because they were walking their dog. The app wouldn't work either, was supposed to just log in and pick up but ended up being a huge hassle which took forever.

The U-haul truck should be washed before renting. I don't know who was renting the truck before, but inside the driver's cabin the truck smelled like human waste and piss. The truck had some brown stain on the floor in the driver's cabin, the ride was just disgusting, I wouldn't take it at all, but I had no time to change it. Not satisfied with this truck at all.
