Probably the worst car wash I've ever used. Even simple dirt spot that a person can easily wipe off with your hand wasn't washed off

Bought the monthly pass, and after two months it never worked once. Had the IR tag replaced, still didn't work. When confronting on-site staff, they finally admit the scanner doesn't work, and on-site staffs are not allow to bypass the system. Long story short - This place is a scam.
As you can see from the reply below, this place will quickly place blame on their clients. I have seek help several times with on site staffs, and they said the IR sensor does not work. I had the tag replaced by your staff once, and still didn't work. I requested a refund and never received it. This place is a scam, and the online response just proves it.

Paid for the gold $18 wash and our car is still very dirty on every side. Definitely do not recommend this car wash

Simple Car wash. In out but works quite well girl is quite friendly and makes sure your clean or will run you through again

Spent an absurd $16 for a car wash. Just to be told I cannot get my car washed as I have bike racks on.
It is not stated anywhere “no bike racks”.
I asked for a refund to which I was told “Sorry. Our owner is a bad guy, doesn’t offer refunds. Best we can do is email you a certificate to get your $16 car wash another day”.
Very sketchy business. Offers overpriced car washes. Then cannot offer refunds? I find that very odd and I’m not even sure if that is legal to do.
Very disappointed and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to bring their car here.

The owner has a problem paying his employees. He treats them like they are nothing but garbage. I have seen so many employees come and go. None of which are happy when they leave. He has gone as long as a month without paying and has been in direct violation of the employee standards act and regulations. Awful place and awful owner.

Hates public safety. 4 days after a snow fall and their sidewalks haven't been cleared. Update; they've cleared them now, but it took long enough.

Wow didn’t know you can pay $12 just to get your car hosed down with water, smoking deal!

This place is a total scam! Do NOT purchase their monthly express wash pass. If you do, their tags and scanners do not work, so they will not let you through, even when you are paying for it monthly and can prove it. Their employees and managers don't care. They're just taking money without providing any service.

TERRIBLE! I paid for the Silver wash ($15) in hopes it would be better than the cheapest option. Missed so many spots around my door handles, rear window and back bumper. Looks terrible. Will NOT go back.
