Went to Tony because he had the best price in Canada. He has a very low pressure, no nonsense sale approach. Very quick to respond to all my questions (i had a lot), answering emails into the late hours of the night. He also shopped around and provided me a trade in price on my sports car.

Unfortunately, the reason for my 2 star review is, as soon as i said i would take the boat, all communication stopped. A week before the agreed upon pick up time, i emailed him to get a quote on some gear. No response to my email, no problem, people get busy. So i called in after a couple of days and spoke with Tracy, she helped me out with my gear and says she'll email me (gear quote came in the next day at 15% off). Then she asks when i'll be picking up the boat, i tell her Tony and i have arranged an after hours pick-up, her response? 'It's not worth it for me to pay my guys OT for that', after that comment i requested Tony call me (never received a phone call). So do the math here. $125,400 with a 6-8% margin and you can't pay a guy a hour of OT? No problem, i guess its not worth it for me to drive 7 hours, return, to get this boat.

Pretty disappointed with the follow up regarding this issue. Tony responded to my email (a week late), the day i was suppose to pick up my boat citing issues with sending emails from his Gmail account. I also received a voicemail from Tracy the day of my scheduled pickup, confirming the pick up. I called her back and got her Voicemail, told her i wasn't going to be in to get the boat and informed her that i replied to her gear quote email, citing poor communication and her rudeness as the reason i was taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps i'm more of a planner and would like things scheduled, but the rudeness definitely killed this deal.

I decided to go see Don at Wizard Lake Marine. He gave me a great deal on my new boat, which was basically the same price (less admin fees), got upgraded board rack, a couple extra bells and whistles plus 25% off my gear.

Purchased a pre owned boat and traded in our other older, smaller boat. Tony and Tracy were honest, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated their help with going over and above with the purchase and paperwork process. Will definitely return for future service and boating needs.

Twice I have called out there to get some info on a boat and both times I have had the terrible experience of dealing with Tracey on the phone, very short quite rude and the first time left me on hold for nearly 15 mins to answer a very simple question that a “pro” should know about a product they are selling definitely would make a 3rd attempt to shop there the first two were already against friends warning us of the terrible customer service they had received both from Tracey and Tony previously. Just a heads up to anyone in the future shop around before you attempt Extreme

Just picked up our boat and it was the best experience! Tony and Tracey were so helpful and just the best people to work with. If you need a boat go see them you will not be disappointed they are Awesome!

Purchased gator step product from these guys, they took 100 percent deposit, weeks and weeks went by with no product showing up, phone several times for updates, zero communication, they flat out forgot to order my product. 5 weeks later product shows up, I’m told install cost of 3 hours total, morning of install comes, I’m told 900 bucks install cost. These guys are horrible to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Trying to preorder a new boat was not a good experience. Became a nightmare and such a waste of time dealing with Tony Halcrow from Extreme Boats Chiliwack.

Please save yourself alot of MONEY! STRESS! REGRET, by going My neighbor paid this guy alot of money to paint his boat and this is what happened first time in water.paint all came off!

Just purchased my Mastercraft boat from Extreme Boat Sports. The experience was fantastic. From day one Tony gave me exactly the information I required to make my decision. No pressure just great service and price. The boat was delayed in a snowstorm and Tony kept me up to date with the progress. Tracey was great to deal with. The paperwork was easy and she really helped us pick out a new surfboard. I would highly recommend meeting Tony and Tracey before you purchase a new boat.
PS. It was great to see the entire family working in the shop.

2 plus years ago we drove from the Sacramento area to visit Tracey and Tony re: a pre-owned wakeboard boat. Not only was the negotiation simple and straightforward, the boat was in pristine condition. Everyone at Extreme Boat Sports was helpful, sincere and pleasant. No matter how far one must travel, if they have the boat you want. DON'T PASS on the chance to visit this business. Extreme Boat Sports delivers outstanding customer service. We are looking forward to our next trip to visit the good people in Chilliwack!

I live in Seattle and saw that their prices were thousands cheaper than dealers in Seattle area. I did my homework on buying the boat in Canada and as long as the boat/trailer/motor is made in North America, NAFTA applies.an easy 10 minutes at the boarder with no fees to bring the boat back.
It was nice dealing with Tony and Tracy.they are super busy as they don’t have sales guys pressuring you, I surprisingly felt good buying the boat knowing I saved thousands from what “best price” quotes I was getting from Other dealers in the States, and it was the boat my family wanted! It was also nice working with a family business. They have earned my business for life!

I would highly Recommend this dealership, the professionalism and knowledge that Tony & Tracy have is far better than any Tournament boat dealer I have delt with. And that goes for there entire staff.all great people and know what they are doing. The prices are also unbeatable in the reagion, if you are are looking to buy a boat don’t go anywhere else “Extreme” is the place to go!

We brought our boat in with an overheating issue over a month ago for service. They neglected it for over 3 weeks and wasted the best part of our summer out on the water. Upon being quoted $1200 for the repairs over the phone in the morning, we were extremely dissapointed and surprised when they handed us a bill for $2300 that same afternoon- with no explaination for the price or the ridiculous amount of time they took with the boat. To top things off, the boat is still not fully functional. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! FIND ANOTHER SHOP!

Unbelievable service! It was stressful every time I went with my boyfriend to check out boats in Seattle with the used car like salesmen. When we went to extreme boats in Canada we just dealt with the owners and saved alot of money and stress. It was a good buying experience as I never felt that stress that I get whenever I buy a new car. I was concerned that my boyfriend was going to have trouble bringing the boat back to the states but Tony met us at the boarder with paperwork and no fees, no problems.
