Truly the only place in Vancouver to find high-end eyewear. Yes most frames are locked behind glass as some frames can cost thousands of dollars each. The best selection, service and professional knowledge in Vancouver.

This place scams honest peoples money. My son has seen Dr Nasser twice now, We was charged 75 dollars for contact fitting. Which my son had two appointments for already and this doctor refuses to give us contact lens prescription. She keeps trying to make us buy contacts with her shop or she won’t release the prescription. That’s unethical, we paid the fee. I saw her a couple of weeks ago myself, really hurt my eyes with her machine of making me look at wavy lines. Then let’s talk about her shop staff - after my sons appointment last time their computer was broken so they couldn’t check my insurance coverage. I said can you let me know to come back when your system is fixed and I can pay. The lady Jodi was extremely rude - she said you need to pay today! It’s not my fault your system is down? Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Not coming back here, ever.

Went to browse their frames. Every single pair of glasses is locked behind glass, unaccesble to try on. Instead you must get the sales person to hold your hand, as they unlock every display case so you can try on a pair of glasses, all the while listening to them boast about glasses you don't want, make unhelpful suggestions, breath down your neck and give unwated information. The frames at many other opticals are just as nice and are less overpriced. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the best store in all of Vancouver to get the most amazing sun glasses as well as a top tier customer service. The frame had cracked on my sun glasses and they gave me a brand new pair at no cost and were amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend shopping here if you want a very nice pair of sun glasses.
