Jackie was the best. I came super late right at closing, to get help on glasses I bought and she willingly stayed late to help me fix the issue. Awesome service, will definitely come back here just because of her. Definitely recommend

One of my lens poped out so I went here to ask if it can be repaired, p.s. My glasses weren't even bought from here! However, they still fixed them in just a few minutes and with no charges!

Yesterday evening, I asked the lady who works at Eyestar if she could repair my glasses. She put in a lot of effort and fixed them without charging me! May God bless her and her business.

Bought multiple pairs of cartiar glasses from these guys. Today I went in to change my lenses on an old pair and the lady told me they can't change the lenses I had to buy a new pair of glasses. I just turned around and walked straight to luxary eyewear and they put brand new lenses they already had in stock and got my glasses back in 30 mins. Worst place will never even spend a penny here

Excellent customer service from Tammy! Both my husband and I would recommend seeing Tammy if possible when shopping at this Eyestar location. She was so patient with us throughout our visit. We both truly felt that she was doing her very best to find us the best pair of frames for our face shapes. She brought out multiple options to help us decide between the different shapes and sizes of the frames we liked the most. She went above and beyond to help me find a pair even with how particular I was. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience with Tammy and will definitely be returning to see her again for future purchases!

I've been a long time customer of Eyestar, and will continue to be their biggest fan after recent purchases. Prices are fair, great selection, and incredibly patient staff. The manager, Cannas, is fantastic as she's knowledgeable and commands the respect of her staff. Others like Keith are also great who without pause adjusts all of my frames.

The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I wanted a frame that they didn’t currently have in stock and they ordered it for me no problem! They also have great quality luxury products. Usually getting new glasses is such a hassle but I love coming here and getting my glasses and contacts.

Eyestar Optical Metrotown never disappoints! Me and my family have been dealing with them for years and every time I have been there their customer service has always been top notch regardless who helps me. Their staff are the best in the biz when it comes to product knowledge and vision care. They are friendly, helpful and go beyond to care for their customers. Every time I visit the store they make sure to check my glasses (without me asking) for minor issues/damage and fix it without charging me. I have purchased 3 prescription glasses and 1 prescription sunglasses while paying an affordable and fair price; knowing the staff are not trying to push unnecessary add ons or make an extra buck from me. I will continue to highly recommend Eyestar Optical to my friends/family and to anyone who needs vision care products with a welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly environment. I have gone to few different eyestar locations but the Metro Town location is by far the best. I have been dealing with Tammy since the beginning and she always goes above and beyond each and every time. She's helped my entire family get their glasses as well and always works with our budget. Tammy is the best!

Like a previous reviewer from Rachel Q. Canada Life did not reimburse under our two plans, so paid $936 for glasses and lost out of $350 back from insurer. Canada Life put Eyestar on no provider list as of July 20,2020. Why shop there if you miss out on money back from Canada Life?

Really good experience here at Eyestar in Metrotown. I needed a new pair of prescription glasses (mostly for reading and computer) plus a good pair of sunglasses. Keith was meticulous in ensuring my new prescription glasses would be perfect and they are perfect! Keith was realistic about progressive lenses, not everyone can wear progressives. I choose trifocals and they are great, thanks Keith for the excellent customer service! The lenses are good quality, essilor brand and the price was very good also.

I love coming here for any of my optical needs. I also come here for my eye exams and Dr. Hung is very friendly.

Thank you guys for being patient with us! It took me and my boyfriend a long long time to decide on our 4 pairs of glasses. The clerk that was helping us was probably a new person, and we really appreciate the efforts that he had put for us.
The team seems to be working close and well and we felt safe even in this Covid time when there are so many people in the mall with no mask on.

Quoted $75 for a full eye exam which was an excellent price but unfortunately the optometrist wasn't in. (On a Saturday)

This store may seem a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff go above and beyond to help their customers. Warranty on most sunglasses is 1 year, but they will go to great lengths with the manufacturer even after the warranty has expired to come up with an equitable solution. My Hugo Bossbglasses were over three years old and the arm broke. They sent my item back to the manufacturer, it was repaired as good as new. The manufacturer even polished out a scratch on one of the lenses. They also gave me a new case as the old one was starting to fall apart. My next glasses will be from Eyestar.
