A staff member named Rhygiel truly made my visit here outstanding. Excellent customer care, and very friendly. Highly recommend Eyestar optical, especially Rhygiel, for anyone seeking the finest eyewear assistance.

Vaneeza was helping us out select glasses she was really patient and helpful. Would definitely come back for another pair.

Visited recently. Not the same as a few years ago. Management is all over the place and bad service ever since the old manager and staff left.

Edit: Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Lena no longer works there. She and most of the best store associates have moved on. The service is not as pleasant. Their inventory seems to be lacking; there are empty display cases. Apparently, ownership of the store has changed which may explain why it seems so different.

Lena was incredibly patient and helpful when I went to buy my first pair of glasses. I had no idea it would be so hard to pick some frames. It took me a whole two hours to make a decision while she stood with me, giving me input the entire time while I tried on pair after pair. I go back to this store every time I need an adjustment or to replace my lenses/frames when I have my prescription updated.

The manager Rhygiel here is so polite and helpful. She was able to fix me and my friend’s glasses.

I never do reviews but. Prabh at eyestar in guildford is literally the best! I have worn glasses all my life and nobody has ever taken the time or had the knowledge to find me the perfect pair till Prabh. She sold me Dita and I love them! The rest of the staff seem friendly also. The selection and presentation of the store is beautiful! The manager seems a bit grumpy, kind of lurked around which was strange. Over all a 5 star experience with Eyestar and Prabh.

I have got a couple pairs of Cartier from here. OUTSTANDING! All the staff is amazing, knowledgeable, Very helpful. Honestly I cannot say enough good things. I deal with Prabh, she really is the best in the industry when it comes to Cartier, her customer service and knowledge is exceptional. There are also 2 other staff members I met that work with Prabh both are outstanding. The staff there really make this company phenominal. Thank you so much Prabh and the whole team at Eyestar.

Bought a pair of Maui Jim’s from prabh very very helpful service, will deff be back and deal with her only.

Every time I visit they always have amazing customer service. Today I went in hoping they could help save my frames that had been bent out of shape. Harshita did a wonderful job fixing them, she was very careful and patient. I highly recommend coming here for their great selection and service!

Rhygiel & Harshita helpfully and skillfully repaired my girlfriend's glasses. They were 3 years old and were benting to one side over the years, and now its the same as it was brand new. Thank you very much.

Came into get my glasses repaired, was welcomed with lots of kindness. Rhygiel was extremely knowledgeable on glasses and went above and beyond with her customer service.

Everything they sell is final sale, they never do returns/store credits, just the exchanges within 7 days. I went there to exchange and the frame I wanted, they didn’t have it available at the store. Taran at the store was very rude, she had me waiting there for over an hour and at last said that she can’t help cause she doesn’t have access, only Manager’s have the access to order frames online. I had to call them again and again to check if they can do it. Prabh helped me getting the frame I wanted and did the exchange. She kept me updated with every step and finally I got the frame. I am just giving these stars for Prabh, this store needs more employees like her. I wouldn’t even give a single star to Taran. Never deal with her even if you see her. Worst experience ever.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to the store this evening to look for glasses and I received zero service. The two women that were working refused to acknowledge us as customers. As a matter of fact one of the associates gray long sleeve and of Indian descent walked from behind the counter to lean against the display to look at us all grumpy with her arms crossed. A hello would’ve been nice. Never returning to get disrespected again.
