The service here is very good and fast, and a plus is that they know what needs to be done with your vehicle, and a no touch car wash is included. I also got a quote for tires while I was waiting. My Jeep loves this place.

Best service ever! The person that helped me today was named Steve. He showed me how todo my oil change and did a fluid rotation for my car! He went above and beyond by handling everything with care, and going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, before he sent me on my way. My words to describe this service would be Dang! AMAZING! And SUPER COOL GUY!:) So far my experience with Ez Lube has been wonderful, the staff are honest enthusiastic, knowledgable and overall terrific in every way! This was one of the best experiences at a quick oil change establishment that I have had before. The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Eric, one of the supervisors was great and very honest with me. They were not pushy or aggressive like some places. They were quick and efficient and you get a free car wash to top it off. It’s a good car wash too! I definitely recommend going here for your Oil change and filter needs.

Ron is very accommodating, and they provide service very quickly. I was amazed that all I have to do is wait for the service to be completed while sitting inside my car. Highly recommended

I am willfully ignorant about cars and how to care for them. The staff here was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. At no point did anyone make me feel bad for not understanding anything car related they said to me. 10/10 will return

In the Sunday morning, we were heading to Nanaimo but my tire got flattened. 3 nails on one of the tires due to the long drive yesterday. Phoned many different auto shops in town but no luck until we phoned Ez lube Langford. Upon arrival, all staff members welcomed with nice smile. Thanks to Eric, he gave us a suggestion to buy loose tires from a shop across street and bring them to his shop. Guess what! Within 30min, he installed the new tires with very dedicated inspection and assessments. Very nice and friendly customer service with promised time frame. 100% I recommend for anyone near the shop Or in town to bring your vehicle (s) to the shop. Recommend for anyone who prioritize safety and proper maintenance of your vehicle.
Thank you again Eric. You’ve made our day.

I came in to get my oil changed: they looked at it, got a second opinion then informed me that it was fine, and gave me a new sticker stating it would be wasteful to change the oil prematurely. No charge for anything, just a thanks for coming by and a coupon for the carwash.

Came back today and got some services done, INCREDIBLE staff! No pressured up selling but they check out the car thoroughly. They walked me through what needed to be done and when so I could plan for future services that might be more expensive.

I will never go anywhere else for oil changes. Declan did a spectacular job!

5 stars for the guy’s honesty. Bought a new car and wanted to do an oil change. He asked me why I wanted to change it and I told him that I wasn’t sure when it was done last time. He checked the car fax and told me come back in few months as oil has been changed recently. Hats off to the honest guy. Will be back definitely

I had a nail in my tire! Oh no not again! I went to two other businesses who didn’t have any openings to help on the same day (yes it’s a stretch I know, but I panic). One phone call to these guys and my tire was fixed in a half hour. They took it off, patch it up and were super nice also. You can tell they take pride in their business and genuinely care about their clients. This was my first visit here, but I’ll be switching to them for my oil changes also, they are THAT great. 10/10 highly recommend. Thanks guys! You saved the lady that always gets nails in her tires and panics and doesn’t know what to do. Finally!

Great group of guys! They had the 2 inch nail out of my tire and patched in no time at all. Would recommend.

Guys were great, friendly and efficient.
I asked about a possible iolite leak, they examined the underside of my car, saw signs of potential problems and told me what the problem might be.

These guys are all about creating a great experience for their customers. They are really good at letting you know what needs to be done with your vehicle, and what can wait. They offer the info but there is never any pressure. They often have coupons, and usually include a free wash on long weekend!

By the time I go out and buy the oil and filter, dig out my jack, jack stands, and oil pan, crawl under the car, make a mess on the driveway, refill the oil, then try to pour the used oil back into the jug the new oil came in, then drive around trying to find a place to dispose of the oil… it’s just not worth it! On top of that I still haven’t checked all the other fluids in my vehicle, nor the lights. Just go to EZ Lube. They do great work and treat you right.

I have been here a couple of times. The staff are always courteous and honest. My last visit they told me that I didn't need an oil change yet. Instead they offered to top up my fluid. They could have easily done the oil change, and I as a woman with an older vehicle would have been none the wiser. I will Definitely be back in a few months when I need an oil change.

I am very impressed by the service and professionalism of this company. I went for an oil change, but they also checked the differentials on my F-150 and changed the oil of these as well. They even checked my light bulbs and changed the broken blinker bulb.
I highly recommend this place!
