F45 Training Lonsdale

Great gym with a solid community feel. Love the trial of the strength and mobility class and think this should be a regular.

I went to my second F45 class and had a very terrible experience. I was accused of being intoxicated because I was a bit shaky. It’s been a while since I’ve worked out and just usually have a great experience at F45. The instructors are usually very helpful but during this class I definitely felt ignored. Instead of giving option to modify a workout I was disrespected.

Music is great! Workouts are fun. Shaylah and Salemah are enthusiastic and motivating!

I’ve been training here for 4 + years and I always leave the workouts with a smile on my face. Positives vibes, coaches sometimes do a half time dance haha. It’s a great workout and fun, always something new too which is chill
