F45 Training Point Grey

I bought 7days trail and I can not believe I insist going there 6days. I finally found a sport that I can insist on! Very good vibes here. Ready for being strong and losing weight.

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor I’m a little bit particular about where I work out and with whom. I really find the trainers here knowledgeable and encouraging and I love the energy of the ever-changing workouts. There’s a great sense of community and I am always happy to sweat with the crew here!

I have been going to F45 point grey since they opened last year. The workouts are short and effective, and it got me into doing weights! Special shout-out to coach Ray, Michelle, Matt, and Erin for bringing good vibes, support, and encouragement every class! I would highly recommend this location to anyone at any fitness level!
