My friends and I drove in from salmon arm to get more variety of fabric for the trending tie blankets we want to make! We had a lovely lady named Bev who helped us out and cut all the fabric we needed and separated it for us! She was so kind and we were greatful for how quick, easy, and simple she made our visit! Great selection for quilting and making clothing. Although if you wanted to make your own wedding dress, they do not have the supplies.

I was looking for fabric to make a Space quilt for my grandson and found everything I needed.

Great selection of fabrics, and customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Soo much better than the store in Kamloops. Definitely worth the trip. Sad the franchise doesn’t set a more consistent standard. Vernon would definitely be a store to set standards by.

Excellent service from the ladies who stayed a bit late to help my sister and I with measuring and calculating for the fabric we needed.

It's a got everything a seamstress could ever need it is a little confusing how the operate but they are very helpful otherwise

This is a lovely store with great variety, deals and prices. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and they have a strong sense of safety for the pandemic, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend

My Mother loves this place! Good selection of sewing stuff and great staff. Social distancing in place so you might have to wait a bit on busy days to enter.

Great staff and such a wide selection of fabrics to choose from. They also have many other items to help you with your projects. Knitting, embroidery, upholstery just to name a few.

Staff here is super lovely. They helped me find the right fabric for my project when I wasn't even sure what I needed. Thanks Natalie!

Sore beautiful redone but crazy prices on fabric. Highway robbery and seconds too. Even with members ship card. 25.00 a meter? Makes a person want to quit sewing and making quilts for others.

My wife is an active quilter and Fabricland keeps her supplied with fabrics and other supplies.

This Fabricland is incredible! As soon as we walked in the door, we found gorgeous fabric and even more as we ventured through the store! To compliment this, we received friendly, supportive service. Thank you Vernon Fabricland!

I was totally ignored by sales staff. They walked by me several times, not even acknowledging me.

Sales gal was absolutely the most helpful and very informative PLUS extremely friendly with constant smiles as she thoroughly enjoyed assisting my wife and myself knowing we were getting exactly what we came for AND we did. Thank You for a wonderful shopping experience. My wife was and is excitedly pleased.

Great place for fabric and all things quilting and sewing. Was looking for some fabric to recover some chairs. They had an excellent selection. Tons of cute patterns and prints. Customer service was great - very knowledgeable staff answered all my questions. Sales are great depending on time of year.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and listening to other customers if they couldn't help they referred to someone who could.

Great products less than pleasant staff. Second time I've been in, I guess because I'm not an avid sewer it's ok to mock me and be rude to me. I'd rather travel to Kelowna next time to avoid the service. Lady at the til very sweet though. I think she was trying to make up for the rudeness I'd endured. Too bad.

Fabric land is incredible, one of my favourite places on this fabric covered earth. The selection is near endless, quality is abundant and the staff are absolutely delightful. Sometimes I go here to relax, spend some time around the selection of fine quality fabrics. In all honestly being in fabricland may be the only time I feel alive, the only time I can gain some satisfaction in life. All in all the Vernon fabric land location is an awesome place too look for any variety of fabrics, and if you are having trouble finding anything or choosing a fabric, the helpful staff will be more than willing to lend needed assistance. Take my recommendation of going here if you are in the need of anything fabric related, I know others have had less postive experiences here but I can only speak based on my own visits here.

The prices are outrageous unless you are paying for their membership program.but the service and selection is great!

Staff are helpful, and there is a pretty well rounded selection of fabrics. Sales are frequent.

Unfortunately there are not many options for fabric stores in Vernon or kelowna. There customer service is hit or miss. I've frequently gotten very grumpy sales staff that are not really willing to help with beginner questions. Also the fabricland in Vernon and west kelowna are not affiliated. Which means if you've bought a membership card at one store and you forget to bring it at the other store too bad. They don't communicate customer info. Which is highly frustrating.
