Fabricland

We went to find buttons for a coat and a jacket. Fabricland had several rotating displays of buttons. Many were repetative. None were suitable. It is a large facility with many fabrics and many suitable things for most sewing and garment making needs. The staff are friendly

My daughter have a school sewing project, school teacher recommended fabric land, It is an amazing shop, you can find anything about sewing, it is a one-stop sewing materials store.

Prices were fantastic. Needed 3 pieces of fabric for a project and used our membership card to get an even better deal. Never disappointed with the selection and price.

Felt unwelcoming the minute we entered no acknowledgement. Worst customer service. No reaction at all, No help provided. But one lady who helped us was measuring and cutting the fabric we required. The aged lady at the front desk was giving a creepy look common buddy it’s not even Halloween yet.

Good fabric and good quality. If you have a passion for stitching, then you have to visit.

I asked re price of a specific fabric, was given price by staff of 50% off. After it was cut told by another staff member it was only 30% off. Manager asked the first person who had told me the price and she lied and said she had never told me that. I somehow think in the grand scheme of things for the difference of several dollars they would have honored what I was told. Poor customer service.

Not much of a sale I was very disappointed with it all.l was looking forward to all sales and discounts, there was very little to have. I wanted to rate it a big zero but I could not get into the ap without it being rated so I gave it a very low number 1.

The membership cards that you NEED to get a discount are a royal pain! I didn't have my membership card on me and live in Langley where that store has next to nothing. They cannot look up your membership because they have the old dated tills. I give up shopping here! The ladies act like there's nothing they can do. You either have to buy another $25 membership or you don't get the sale.
Will be looking to promote another store that are with the 20th century!
