All of the fabrics and ribbons and buttons are so beautiful. There is a staff member who whenever I ask her any questions, she does not even look my way, answers very curtly and does not offer any help. It has happened twice when I have shopped here and it has discouraged me from buying anything or returning to the store.: (Very sad: (

First time in here, and I didn't know you needed a membership to get the specials. Didn't have time to sign up and have to leave items I wanted. I had wanted to buy some fabric odds and ends to make a draft stopper, but none of the end pieces had prices marked. You need to go get them measured and then priced. So make sure you have lots of time if you are coming here for the first time.

I found all I needed and the Lady at the cutting section showed me cheaper and good quality options to what I was looking for.
It was a nice experience.
I will be back for more.

Had an easy time finding exactly what we needed. They gave good advice and everything was on sale. Overall a positive experience

Everything is ridiculously overpriced and the customer service is atrocious. The store is not organized, and the employees moan and groan when you ask them to cut your fabric.save your money and go somewhere they dont roll their eyes when asked to do their jobs

I found the one in Langley clothes but the one in Surrey filled the needs. Very friendly staff. Very well stocked store. Easy parking wheelchair friendly

What a horrible customer service!
I don’t understand how people can be in customer service if they have no manners whatsoever.
If you don’t care about people being rude and unhelpful I guess this would be a good store to go to.

Great selection of fabrics for any project that you can think about. The staff there is awesome and very service orientated

It's a bright, large store with lots of fabric stock of all kinds; lots of notions. Fun place to spend time. Membership is definitely worth it. The staff is quite pleasant and easy to deal with.

All the staff was very kind except for Chris who was extremely rude, she definitely need to learn customer service skills and not make customers and coworker’s uncomfortable.

A massive waste of time driving out from North vancouver to find they didn't even have the item in stock that they were supposed to. Atrocious customer service.

They have good selection of products to choose from. If you have membership then it’s a really awesome place for shopping.

Terrible staff. Terrible selection. Don't waste your time here. Trims are double or triple the price than what you can find online anyways
