Love Fabricland. Today was seeking delightful prints for children's aprons and the choices were excellent. Friendly, helpful staff.

Huge call out to Katie! I have gone into fabric land stores in Penticton and west Kelowna. I have never had good service, the staff are always unhelpful and cranky! But today for the first EVER we had the most amazing service from Katie. She was helpful kind and actually happy doing her job. Honestly the rest of the staff and management should follow her lead. Thank you Katie for caring about your customers and making a difference in their shopping experience.

Expensive, but lots of choices. Was hard to find someone to help cut from the bolt for me but eventually I got sorted.

Wayyyyyy to overpriced, costed me $300 to get enough fabric to make 2 blankets, the material was also very cheap feeling, I would understand if I was buying a premium material but $300 dollars for garbage is way to much. I highly recommend going somewhere else to anyone wanted to go here.

Fabricland offers a quality selection of fabrics, but it comes at a higher price. While the store has a wide range of options and materials, the prices can be a bit steep compared to other fabric retailers. Fabricland is an awesome place. I am a professional seamstress and I am very pleased that Fabricland exists because there is no other place in town to purchase fabric.

My latest experience at Fabricland was amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. I want quite sure what to purchase but quickly had assistance. I purchased a membership and the discount was huge. Highly recommend this location.

Bought material and thread for a beginners sewing class - the staff were super helpful and friendly - appreciated their knowledge.

I am in my 60s - the lady who served me on Saturday was quite a bit older than me. She talked non stop.but was un able to cut my fabric and talk to me at same time. I managed to keep calm but The experience was longer than it needed to be and a little frustrating.

If you need some curtains and stuff. Here is the place to go. Lot of variety and always some good discounts.

Lots of staff but not 1 would offer to help, once we had everything and went to pay, the lady who sat behing the desk the whole time was so rude, she seemed so bothered that she had to stand up. We had so much stuff that we could no carry it out, however they did not even offer a bag. When i asked for a bag she said ohhh, that will cost you 2 bucks. I said i just spent 653.43 bucks and you want 2 bucks for a bag, keep it. I went to my car and got a box. Never again, i now order everything from amazon.

The woman with long, dark hair was so helpful today. However, on many occasions that I’ve been to this store, the staff ignore you, and they seem to avoid being near cutting tables.

I’ve been to stores in Vernon and Penticton and the staff go above and beyond to help out; one helped me find a pattern, they’re always asking if you’re wanting to have your fabric cut, one staff offered to help me with a project if I brought it in with my questions. I’ll drive the distance for that type of service!

It was worth the trip from Vernon. My wife at Just Say it sew needed materials for a wedding dress that she is working on. Found all her needs there. Apparently a larger store than the Vernon location.

The female staff Lori was incredibly rude and impatient to me and my girlfriend today when we were shopping in store. We are not experienced in sewing and don’t know much about materials. She kept telling us she didn’t care what we will do using the fabric and kept rushing us while we were still figuring out the measurements. Customer service means nothing in this store. I can’t believe staff are permitted to treat customers like this here. Unbelievable! The shopping experience was so bad and we will definitely never go back!

Nice shop clean and organized. Unfortunately does not sell specialty items for ourdoor gear such as water resistant zippers for winter jackets. Largest fabric store in the area. Pushes me to internet shopping or shop when off to Alberta

Not very friendly. Better to use the online site Fabricville.better stock and reasonably fast and efficient, even though it is similarly weak in customer relations.

I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. While shopping in your store a female employee came charging over towards my girlfriend and I demanding that I put on a mask. My girlfriend gave one to me. As I was putting it on she kept following very close behind us and said rudely, it needs to go over your nose too. I was still in the process of putting it on. She was so incredibly rude about the whole thing that we just left the store. Regardless of Covid, and policies, there is still customer service. Seems to have gone out the window in establishments like yours. We will be taking our business elsewhere and won't be returning

This store is very pleasant to shop in if you sew. The staff are generally pleasant and know their merchandise. They are also good at advising when you consult them with a question or a problem. Of course in the Kelowna area this store has no competition so there is no other to compare with.

I much preferred it when they were on Harvey avenue in Kelowna but that is history. I do find their hours are somewhat impractical: 10: 00 opening is late for me.

Great store, I went in with my sister and her baby girl. We got some felt and supplies to make an advent calendar for the little girl.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

My mom used to take up to Fabricland and we love it. Great store.

I like Fabricland! They're nice here too. Sometimes they get a little overwhelmed but even when they're busy they take the time to answer questions and stuff which is great. Also they have the cool Halloween prints that glow in the dark and those make awesome face masks.

The ladies at the store are handling the covid fiasco as best as they can. They inform the customers of their policies, but unfortunately many women spend more time arguing about masks, shields, spit guards, memberships, etc. The rules haven't changed as far as masks, 6 ft spacing, sanitizers, etc.
And the store also has curbside ordering to help you out. You can use that if you have a problem inside the store? Other patient customers really do not want to listen your problems, be it covid or you just don't like something.
As a customer, I feel I don't have to listen to this every time I am in the store or lining up at the cashier. It must be hard for the staff to be polite for 8 hours a day when someone is in their face, not about products, but mostly covid rules they don't like.
A job well done ladies. There are chronic complainers no matter what store your in or what their issues are that day. Your staff can only continue to do what they do best and keep most people happy with fast, efficient service.

Was denied entry due to my health condition. I was wearing a shield but Fabricland would prefer to disciminate against someone with a health condition than allow them access to their stores. I'll be shopping for fabric and notions elsewhere from now on and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Staff is usually friendly. Notions have become so limited that it's not worth me driving from the other side of Kelowna as I rarely find what I need. Prices are also unreasonable - which has always been an issue. If a store can regularly put massive sales on, then they should just drop their regular prices.

A busy place. I had to wait a bit for material to be cut. Staff is great. In the meanwhile; I had some much needed social time with other customers.

This visit was much nicer than most. Sven? I think is his name.finally a nice person to talk to there and helpful with suggestions. Lady at the till, another great customer service person. I do find it quite messy and in organized. Was looking at suiting but had to move boxes to get to it. Could use some better merchandising.

Store is ok. But most of the times I go there, there is at least few ladies that work there who are rude and condescending. That is the only fabric store in town, so I still go, but always with fear. And they ruin my experience every time.

I've visited this store many times and most of my visits are ruined by a handful of the same rude and arrogant staff members (including some senior members). It's a shame because the other staff are so pleasant and very helpful.
In a bit of a love/hate relationship with Fabricland West Kelowna as they're the closest (only) fabric store in town but I'd avoid it if I could.

I have been a Fabricland member in Kelowna/West Kelowna since 1980. I have always found the service helpful and pleasant. Most recently, I placed an order for curbside pickup and was contacted by Judy. She went "above and beyond" to help me get what I want and even made a suggestion to get the best value for my money. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she made me feel at ease about using this process as I am isolating due to health issues. Thank you SEW much for providing this service. I am now ready to start my next project!

Always has friendly and helpful staff there and has quite a bit of options for whatever project you are making.

Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are competitive. I've gone in many times with different extended family members. The staff are very rude and dismissive. I've observed they were very friendly to caucasian customers only. The most recent visit, I looked around and found no diversity in staff. Reading other reviews it seems they are rude to many types of people but in my specific experiences, we were treated very differently as if we shouldn't have entered. Very different from the penticton location which is smaller but worth shopping at due to respectful and friendly staff. The owner has a great store being promoted by bad staff (imo).

absolutely no pressure to buy BUT made sure our questions were answered, and yes, we did buy, having a smile on our faces as we paid for our purchase.

Everyone was so lovely, I needed help with a craft and a worker &the assistant manager took the time to help me figure out fabric I would need.

Friendly staff and lots of selection. Not just fabric, but they have more notations than anywhere else in Kelowna.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They even went as far as to suggest something that was only just coming out and looked amazing. My sister and her friend loved it. I will definitely return.

I drove one hour to come to the store because the website said you were closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day and Easter Sunday. Got to the store on Good Friday only to find out the store doesn't open until noon but your website doesn't say anything like that. Also tried phoning got a voicemail with no name no store hours nothing regarding hours. Shame on you.

Great selection, excellent service from staff but they require a 25$ membership which is a hassle. But will return to get more fabrics:)

I bought some blackout lining to block out the street light in my room. It was $17 a meter

My first stop for sewing and upholstery supplies, good prices if you are a member or wait for sales. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Good variety of product. Friendly staff. Still not a fan of the location as it's kind of hard to get to/from Kelowna, especially if you take city transit. Prices are okay, some weeks you can get a better deal than others (stay tuned online for sales.)

It's the most variety in town, but the fabric choices aren't exactly current. The older staff are nice, but it's always slow service.
