First visit was excellent. The manager was very outgoing and helpful. I went back 2 weeks later for
a fill with Brandi. That day i got a call asking if they could bump my appointment for a later time i was not happy and expressed this on the phone as i had to be at the airport that day
1) i was bumped so the manager could have her lash fill.
2) i was charged for a different service $89 not a fill. I expressed this to the girls ect and they said no this is right.
3) got to the airport only to be asked by a family member why i had lashes all over my face. I looked in the mirror and it didn't even look like i had fill.
4) called the store, they said Ok i will have the manager call you. They did not seem concerned about my complaint at all.
5) No one called, so they obviously didn't care too much.
Sad because my first visit was fabulous and i even got to test out the other services.
6) I went else where and paid for a fill. Less than a week.

I received lash extensions with Madison Sept. 13, I was very happy with her service, she was friendly & helpful. I will definitely be back.

Spoke to the lash technician Jaden on the phone, was incredibly rude, would not recommend. Awful customer service.

Just got a package to tan and found the service to be excellent and will definitely continue with my tanning with them.

Have had lashes done there a few times and always pleased with results. Madison is especially fantastic. Tanned there also occasionally. Clean facility, professional and friendly staff.

This salon has amazing customer service, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The services offered by this establishment are very fairly priced, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Simply on point

I got my lashes done before and they did an excellent job and were pretty fast! Good quality and I love the salon!

Highly recommend! I have come here for over a year for lashes, definitely Chilliwack’s best lash salon! Great company that stands behind their product!

I have always had a great experience there! Exceptional customer service and a clean & well maintained facility. I've used the tan beds, which are wonderful.but spray tan is my go-to! Great glow without orange.can't imagine summer without it!

I am a lash technician myself, and I only trust Madison to do mine. She is awesome! Comfortable while I’m getting them done, no pain afterwards and are always exactly how I want them. I will not go anywhere else!

Everytime I have had a spray tan here it has been a great experience. The staff are very nice and welcoming when you come in, and the spray tan booth/room is always very clean!

Very clean, friendly and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable in all the product that they offer. The girls know all about the tanning lotions and the ingredients in them and how they worked with your skin. Very helpful for me. Even though it’s far from my house I always choose fabutab!

Had eyelash extensions done. Wow, nice staff, friendly and great at what they do! Love my lashes and look forward to coming back for my tan.

Absolutely love hush lash studio! They are my go to. They’re all so professional and do an amazing job! Volume lashes are an absolute must. So clean and comfortable in there. I’m looking forward to start tanning there as well

Hush was able to accommodate a pre-work appointment for me in the morning, and got me in and out quickly, so I could get to a meeting. I frequently bypass self-care and beauty businesses because I cannot get in before or after work. As a busy professional, this made my life better. Will be back soon before I head out to Toronto for business
