Mandy and her team are knowledgeable and take such good care of me, it’s always a treat to come in for lash extension refills and spray tans before BC Lions games.

Love the ladies here, they are so kind and friendly. They always have lots of availability just wish they were open later on the weekends maybe till like 7 or something

I Love Fabutan! Especially the Coquitlam location. I come here before every BC Lions game for a spray tan. I always leave feeling game day ready to cheer the boys on from the sidelines. The staff are so lovely! Love the Fab girls ️

I went and got my lashes done (new set lash extensions) done by Brittany about two weeks ago now.
I had a great time chatting with her and really loved how quickly they got me in. I felt I had a good connection with Brittany and we had good conversation. I also really liked my lashes when leaving. However, the next morning my eyes were so swollen, and it looked like all the blood vessels in my eyes were popped. I chalked it up to having a reaction because I was twitching a lot, so maybe I opened my eyes and glue got in. No big deal, that’s my fault, right? Then, about 2 days later a chunk of lashes started to fall out and about a week later, my lashes were completely ruined. I didn’t want to call and complain because again, I felt maybe it was my fault but after speaking to my old lash tech, she explained that regardless if you accidentally opened your eyes during application, that shouldn’t be a cause for lashes falling out and not being placed properly. I’ve got to see her to get a full and she told me that over 90% of my lashes were placed sloppy and half way up my natural lash, which would explain why my eyes were bothering me so much. I could feel them stabbing my eyes.
Needless to say, 200 bucks is NEVER going to be worth it for that. I hate complaining and making a fuss but if anyone reads this, you can get better lashes, with better care and proper application for cheaper and better follow up. I’ve never met a lash tech that didn’t offer me her number to cal or text if there was a problem. I did try calling the shop once or twice to see if I could get in for a touch up and show Brittany, but every time I called I just heard laughing and swearing in the background and just got bad vibes.
Either way, I’ve heard zero positive things about this salon, even from their own staff and I think you can get way better product with techs that have better procedure for a way more reasonable price. I also tipped her 50 bucks because I felt bad for having shakey eyes for a bit. So much regret.

Amazing experience! Brittany was absolutely fantastic she did a beautiful job on my lashes! This was my first time she made me feel very comfortable I will definitely be going back to see her again. Thank you Brittany you're awesome!

Bad Experience n ruest all around.the sales manager Jennifer make me wait 30mins for nothing, not professional, do not recommend.

Love this place! The staff are very nice and the services and deals are amazing. I reccomend fabutan.

I have been to this fabutan and they have great dront desk service. The beds are always clean and the bulbs are changed regularly and that makes for a great Tan. The prices here are very far and actually pretty cheap.what other place gives u two free spray tans with your monthly purches.no place i know of. So overall great place.

I've been going to Fabutan in Port Coquitlam for at least 30 years. The staff are wonderful, very conscientious about cleanliness, and your well being in the beds.
It's a lovely experience going for a tan at Fabutan.
I've also got my eyelashes done there, again a great experience!

Went to the Port Coquitlam location for a spray tan a little over a week ago. This was my second time going there as I was extremely happy with my last spray. Wish I could say the same this time around!

I asked for medium shade and the colour was not as dark as my results last time. The girl at the front desk was new and was her first day alone so didn't think to say anything as it gave me a nice glow. Few days later it starts to fade; and went VERY blotchy and has now stained my skin. I paid extra for the enhancement to help it from going blotchy.or so I thought.

Right away called and spoke with the girl at the front desk and said nothing can be done as if there was an issue I need to call within 72 hours. The colour was not the issue. She kept rudely saying that they are not responsible and to wash my body with lemon juice. The manager had an even worse attitude. Did not even address her name- picked up " Yeah hi'. She told me she is a licensed esthetician and it must of been my shower/ skin care products that made all this happen. Explained how I have never had this happen (have gotten many sprays tans over the years)

Very disappointed with the customer service-I was going to sign up for a monthly package and recommended to a few friends. Due to this I have gone to a different salon up the road and have advised friends to do the same. The manager could careless and ended up hanging up on me.

Save your money and go else where.

Staff were very helpful, I wanted a spray tan because I had a wedding to go to and was leaving for Mexico two days later. I wanted it to look natural for the wedding but still be dark enough to help prevent me from burning so quickly in during our vacation. They listened to my wishes and help me pick the right products. Thank you!

My daughter and I went to their Port Coquitlam location for spray tan.
She chose medium shade and I chose the dark shade. To our surprise, she turned 3 shades darker than me, even though we have the same skin tone.our spray tan turned out uneven for both of us!

when we went back to the salon and brought up our concerns and asking for solution, the manager and staff denied any mistakes on their side or their machines, instead tried to blame it on us.when I asked to talk to the owner, manger said " I AM THE MANAGER FOR 8 LOCATIONS AND SHE WOULD GIVE THE SAME ANSWER TO YOU. OUR SERVICE IS NON REFUNDABLE, SORRY THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. BUT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT".
So be aware you get the same people @ all locations.
They did not take any responsibilities for not proving any before and after care, just told us to shower 24 hours later.

They treat us in a very rude and disrespectful manner and did nothing to resolve the issue.
I DO NOT recommend fabutan to anybody, you better off to pay a dollar or two extra and take your business somewhere else.

I was in need a lash removal and new full set so I booked an appointment 2 days in advance and came all the way out to this location from new west because they were the only one with an available appointment within the next several days. When I arrived, the lady at the desk said that the lash tech wasn't in yet, but should be there any minute so I filled out the paper work in the meantime. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the lady at the desk told me that the tech had actually called in sick earlier and she didn't know until right then, so nobody could do my lashes and she cancelled the appointment there. Rather annoyed since this location is so far but I decided to come out because I needed them sooner rather than the following week, which is when the next available appointments are. Very unimpressed, super unprofessional and unacceptable.

Hush lashes are the best place to get your lashes done. I had mandi and she did a beautiful job. Also the staff is so nice there too! Love it there

I can't comment on the actual tanning beds as I used the mystic spray tan booth. I had a nice quick spray tan that was actually pretty affordable compared to some other places that carry the versa spa unit.

Mystic and versa spa are def comparable the only differences really are that the mystic tan offers options to customize your tan. U can have it clear or use 3 different bronzers each with different undertones depending on your skin tone. U can also use an accelerator or choose from a bunch of different scents

They have a 15$ coupon on their website which I used. I also bought a package and received 15$ off of that so win win!

I got some nice color but my hands and feet did go Orange even after generously slathering the cream all over them that they provide. I don't know if I didn't use enough but that didn't happen with the versa spa. I also didn't get as nice of colour with the versa spa though so.

The facility is nice and clean and they provide u with everything u need. I would prefer some towels in the room as the only one u get is one for the floor instead they give u baby wipes. The booth is heated and super warm and easy to use. U don't have to remember any positions as it is fully automated and walks u through it all.

Jessica was amazing and super helpful and kind. She was super busy while i was there and she still spent the time with me to walk me through everything. She wemt above and beyond also giving her first hand experience with it all. I didn't have an appt, had a coupon, and it was a busy Sunday afternoon and not once did I feel i was an inconvenience nor did she treat me any different for using a coupon. She also never pressured me to spend more money or take any of the add ons. She simply explained them and left the choice to me.

After the visit I have now made the permanent switch from a certain other place to this fabutan! Good job guys
