My wife and I took a course here with Katie just this week and she was excellent! Taught us some new things and actually used real oxygen tanks, that was a first! Thank you Katie! Highly recommend FACTS for your first aid training!

They refunded me 100%, when I canceled within 24 hours. (website says 50%)
Be aware, the pdf book is “locked” & cannot be highlighted in. Making the pre course reading / studying, less than optimal.

I did my FA level 1 today and wanted to say that I wasn't too excited to take the course, bur Dan made it very enjoyable. His bubbly personality and jokes here and there kept me entertained and helped me get through the course! See you in 3 years
