David inspected our Coquitlam home when we bought it and later when we needed a re-inspection. "Consummate Professional" is the language I heard from those in our house who rarely praise this sort of thing, and I completely agree. He caught things others missed, looked over, recorded, photographed everything in detail, produced a comprehensive report, discussed everything in clear language that educated us and allowed us to avoid expensive problems (now that we're 3 years down the line I can confirm this many times over), was very prompt, and even gave us a few tips on how we could do things cheaper and easier.

Our home is so much more resilient due to his involvement. I can't recommend him enough for inspection services.
