Fairfield Auto Repair & Car Wash

Last Nov, I had a bunch of work done on my car at Fairfield Auto. And I was really happy with the service. One item was replacing windshield wipers. This weekend, my wiper blade started making a noise and I noticed the blade was sliding out. I couldn't fix it myself so I took it to the shop today and explained what was going on. Without hesitation, the fellow replaced and installed a new blade. I love a small business that stands behind their work and their products. I will return in the spring for more work. Thank you!

Update Nov 9,2023. Had more work done on my aging car today. Fast, efficient, honest, and fair. So happy with the service there.and always friendly.

Fantastic service and great prices. Despite being fully booked for the week they assisted me by repairing a flat tire that happened on the weekend, and then once repaired quickly changed the spare with the fixed tire. My car is also regularly serviced here. Always responsive, accommodating, fair, and kind. I highly recommend Fairfield Auto Repair to anyone needing any type of service and maintenance for their car.

I went to the shop and explained the issue. The mechanic told me that it sounds like the fuel pump.

"Get under there and bang on the tank, and if it starts, come straight here. Don't go anywhere else. It might seem like it's fixed, but it will quit again. "

It worked, and they had it fixed in short order, with no fiddling about, and running up cost through diagnostics. Just the pump and the labour.

An experienced mechanic, identified the problem, and didn't run up the bill.

Amazing service! Blew a brake hose on a Saturday morning while on vacation in Victoria, and they went out of their way to get me in and repaired! Highly recommend!

Good craftsmen. If there are any problems with your car, you can come and consult and, if necessary, make an appointment for repairs. There are many parking spaces for waiting and a coffee shop nearby. Also, a car wash is nearby.

I had a terrible experience at a car wash and give them a one-star rating. Despite specifically requesting for the interior to be vacuumed, my car was returned to me in the same dirty condition. When I approached the manager about it, he displayed a terrible attitude and claimed they didn't have enough time to clean properly. I strongly advise against using this car wash unless there are no other options available, as the poor cleaning and disrespectful customer service are highly disappointing.
