I had the pleasure of working with Anna on getting a personal for myself recently. The experience was phenomenal, I couldn't be happier. She was very informative and helpful. I didn't ever feel pressured or pushed one way or another. The process was very quick and easy as well. Anna was very responsive and also helpful after thr fact in walking me through setting up payments through my bank. She is doing a wonderful job. While the interest rates on personal loans aren't exactly fantastic, there was nothing hidden or sneaky about what I was signing for!

They keep calling that a plan has been expired while I check online it expires til June 2024.
Plus I actually chose 12-month term so I am fully aware and it will be paid by then.

I cannot trust this kind of treatment to customers. Big turn off.
