FairyTails Doggy Daycare and Grooming

These are great people that care for and entertain your dog. Our French bulldog enjoys her visits and comes home tired out from all the playtime.

Everyone here treats our dog like family, they're an amazing group of people. I swear our girl likes them better than she likes us - follow them on Instagram and you'll see the photos they post every day!

They do a few hikes per week for a minimal fee, and they do boarding on an individual basis if required. We love them so much. They were a satellite location of lucky's daycare, but are now exclusively at Lucky's Doggy Daycare.

Fantastic doggy daycare. Located right by Holdom Skytrain station it surprised me to find out a dog daycare was nearby. After weeks of pondering we finally had our 5 year old shiba drop in. She's been wanting to go every single day since. Staff are great and friendly. Facility is clean even though it's a dog daycare. Prices are excellent. This is our 3rd dog daycare and it's been awesome so far. Dog comes up energetic for a few mins.

I personally know one of the care associates here to be a very responsible and dog-loving individual. We enjoy sharing pictures of our favorite clients, and she speaks very highly of her workplace. I recommend FairyTails to all my Burnaby clients.

I just started taking my 4 month old puppy MERA to FairyTails Burnaby. We are well versed in the doggie day care world, and she has been to several. So far, this is my FAVOURITE-reason being the staff make it really great and there is a large enough variety of dogs so she gets to meet all different personalities. My dog is quite playful so sometimes it’s hard for her to meet her match but at this location she is able to do that because of the volume they receive- it’s a popular choice and I see why. Also, she’s very much a “people” person and just adores people-so I appreciate that the staff directly engage her. She is more tired after coming home from this location than she has ever been compared to other daycares. I can see she’s been busy. The staff make us feel like she is loved and cared for - what else can you ask for!:) Thank You to all the hardworking staff!

Ive been bringing my dog here since it opened! They take him on hikes and even sometimes gave him a bath if he gets really muddy. Love the pics of his day on facebook.
Friendly staff and wonderful place to bring your dog.

After trying a few different daycares in the area, we were so lucky to finally find Fairytails, our pup's home away from home! Enzo loved every moment at Fairytails, and now continues to enjoy his time at Luckys once this location opened closer to us. At both locations we are grateful for the care and attention to safety by the staff, and their kindness. The photos on facebook & instagram stories are an added bonus! Love seeing how happy he is all day:)

Our family LOVE these people! Cosmo LOVES the hikes! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Cosmo has been going there almost 9 years. They love and care for him. We have never had a problem. They post daily photos and keep excellent up to date vaccine records. If you need a place for your fur baby this is the place. Don't hesitate at all. Thank you Fairy Tails

Dogsafe certification is often overlooked and its great to see FairyTails and Luckys still taking this seriously and training their staff properly.

We normally go to Lucky's, but it's nice to have the option to go to 2 different locations! Same great service and prices as Luckys! My dog loves it here! He freaks out in excitement when we just mention the word "daycare"

Thank you so much! All the staffs are so friendly and professional. My poodle is super timid and scared of dogs, but I could see him liking this place so much. He was so scared when we first took him here, but after several visits, he wags his tail if we get near the place. He is so happy and tired after the doggy day care, and seemed to have made some doggy friends.

I have so many positive things to say about fairytails. From the super sweet and friendly staff to the cleanliness and all the extra activities that they offer. We originally started going to fairytails when we met the owner in the confed trails and offered us a week trial, We have never been offered anything like that from anywhere else! Our dogs fell in love with the staff and you can tell how much they care for them when we run into them at the dog park for this pack walks. The staff is super personable and attentive and I have never been left to feel like they don't care about my dogs wellbeing. We also truely love how they go above and beyond for their furry friends. The sleepovers they hold for special holidays like Halloween and new years (so helpful) and all the fun photoshoots throughout the year. Hands down the best daycares our furbabies have gone to!

Fantastic staff, I know that when I drop my puppy off that he will be well cared for and given the love and attention he needs. Our puppy has been attending day care here for 5 years without any issues. He loves his FairyTails Family!

Bad experience just like luckys.unclean, smells bad and staff yells at dogs. I also noticed they accept any dogs- even aggressive ones.i was shocked while waiting in lobby and left.same as luckys accepting the sickly, coughing ones.once i saw them taking on a very aggresive dog- i decided to leave.had no idea these two companies were associated because had i known i wouldnt have tried fairytales.its all seems very cash grabby to me and no standards and i care about my dog way too much for that.

I've been bringing Zelda to fairy tales for over a year.
She loves it there. The staff are amazing, and I know that she's in good hands when I drop her off.

Many great experiences overall. Our Boston Terrier Franklin loves going, it’s awesome having piece of mind that he is being greatly taken care of and having a blast. Love that they post on Instagram.

I wanted to start socializing my puppy and decided to go with fairy tails dog daycare.
Upon arrival the staff was very friendly, and extremely knowledgable about my breed. (mini dachshund). The facility was clean and organized, and best feature of all was the different sections for all dogs to feel comfortable.
When I came to pick up my pup after the day, not only was she exhausted from playing, but did not want to leave! (which is super unusual as she is attached at my hip)
5 stars across the board for this dog daycare, I highly recommend!

Consistent with all the other reviews, our pup loves this daycare! Every time he comes he bursts through the doors ecstatic to see the staff and his friends. Everyone that works here are down to earth, genuine and super friendly. The rates are very reasonable and I would highly recommend!

My dog goes absolutely crazy when she realizes where we are going. Barks and drags me inside so that she may have hours of fun with all her friends. Staff is friendly and they know all the dogs and their sounds, both happy and angry! Like that they post on Instagram so that I can check to see if she is havi g a good day.
