Natasha, Alexandra and Dr. Dutton are absolutely loving, caring, are fabulous professionals that know their stuff! I love going here - no awkward upselling or clickiness and as soon as you walk in you feel included, cared-for and pampered. I am in the middle of the laser facelift and what a relaxing and enjoyable process it is! I have completed 2 of 4 treatments and my skin looks awesome already! I believe my daughter and I will look like sisters after the 4th:)

I recently decided to try a jessner peel for acne and pigmentation at false creek skin solution. Alexandra was so helpful and gentle she made sure to check where my skin was at before applying a certain streghth of peel, she noticed my skin was a bit sensitive that day and applied somthing lighter to start. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep during the end of my experience! Iv gone to get peels before at other clinics and it was never this relaxing and non rushed. I will for sure go back for a series of peels to achieve my skin goals:)

The clinic was able to fit me in same-day to have a milia removed, super friendly, quick, and professional service and I am very happy with the result!

This is my third visit to False Creek Skin Solutions Clinic and every time I’ve had a pleasant experience. The environment is clean and calming, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly.

This clinic is small, clean, friendly, and well run. They respond pretty quickly through Instagram, email, and phone. I actually prefer this place to a lot of other clinics in Vancouver as I find the atmosphere to be relaxed and not pretentious. I don't feel the need to dress up in designer clothes just to go to my appointments like I do in other clinics. I don't feel judged here. They are good with their Covid protocols too.

I can't speak for fillers and botox, but I have tried the BTL Exilis for skin tightening all over my face, neck, and belly. I've also tried it for fat reduction under the chin and belly. I prefer this to Coolsculpting. I feel like I saw more results with BTL Exilis and it wasn't as uncomfortable as Coolsculpting which gave me bruises under the chin afterwards. It was also much more economical.

The price point is more affordable than other places if you purchase larger packages but are comparable if you just purchase one treatment. I highly recommend getting a larger package as the savings is worth it.

One thing that can be improved is their notification system. I did like receiving reminders for appointments, but sometimes the information was wrong. They were also a lot of them. I received many notifications on my phone and through email, but they probably could have just sent one notification either through phone or email once just before the appointment.

Overall, I would recommend this clinic. It's located in Leg in Boot square, which can be hard to find for non-locals, but I like that it's right on the water and walking distance for me.

The owner Natasha was very professional and is extremely delicate and skillful in the operation she performed on me. I consulted her clinic for the removal of some milia (cholesterol deposit) that was sitting right above the inner corner of my eye - Natasha was the only person who agreed to help me remove it, no one else in Vancouver would. Of course, I am very happy with the results. If you have any skin concerns, I am sure you would find natasha and her team to be extremely helpful!
