My personal experience at this daycare was excellent and I don’t know what I would’ve done without it. I was not able to speak any language properly and was not even toilet trained when I was in this program which are two of the hardest things a parent could teach their child and I was taught it here. How to get along with others, how to count or even alphabetize and so much basic knowledge you learn in preschool or kindergarten was taught to me in this daycare. I can say confidently that this daycare is so amazing it doesn’t just take care of your kids while your busy but helps them learn and evolve to be at a faster pace and to be ahead of their future classes and schoolwork. This daycare will help your kids succeed faster than others and teach them values that you as parents can’t even do. BRING YOUR KIDS HERE you won’t regret it!

My child joined this horrible daycare on October 1st 2021 but his journey was just for a couple weeks. The owner and the principle are non-Professional and selfish. The issue started when the principle Nicky asked my wife to bring the handbook (day care agreement), so I read it and I had some questions and need more clarification so I wrote my concerns on the document she gave me and sent it back to her. When she saw what I wrote she became so nervous and spoke to my wife in an impolite manner. My wife asked her to call me if she needs more information and she highlighted that it's my right to don't agree with some clauses in that handbook. The principle sent me a Wathsapp message to inform me that the owner will call me from a ''private number'' to discuss. I gave her some availabilities when I can talk to him and asked her kindly if she can send his name but she didn't answer. Even she didn't send me the name I answered the call and asked him kindly about his name but he refused to give it to me and he said that we don't need such a difficult customer inside our daycare and gave a funny example that if an owner of a restaurant doesn't want you in his place he'll ask you to live. To put you in the loop, see below my comments about the handbook:
- Even you have a full subsidy, they will withdraw the monthly fees between 24th and 30 th of the previous mount (my comment was to withdraw on the 1st of the month) but I think I shouldn't accept this clause because when you open a business you should have a cash flow not rely in parents to pay your expenses before you get the money from Subsidy and then refund them.
- I asked for more information about the length of spring and Christmas break.
- I asked to specify the yearly amount they'll take from my account to cover the registration fees (in the agreement the clause mentioned that they can withdraw any amount they want)
- The agreement mentioned that they have the right to change anything without any notice: I didn't agree and I asked to notify me if they change any clause.
They mentioned that there is a notification board where they'll put some signs for the parents and I asked to show me the location because they mentioned that they're not responsible if you missed something.
My advice, please don't be the weak ring in the chain, don't sign any agreement before you read it and if you disagree with something say it loudly, don't be scared, costumers are the important side in any business and without us they'll shut down.

My son has been here for 3 years. He've learned a lot here and has good experience. We appreciate that the teachers are so patient and caring. A bunch of thanks.

My daughter has attended this school for almost 11 months now and it's impressive to observe how much she has learned in that period. Her knowledge blossomed - she knows the alphabet, the sounds of letters, and already reads and writes a few words. In addition, she already has knowledge of mathematics, science, French and Spanish. Not infrequently, she surprises us with detailed information about an insect or other animal, or talks about the importance of taking care of the oceans, and when asked about the source of that information, she always replies, very proud: "I learned at school! ". She also has art, culinary, dance, yoga and tai chi chuan lessons, besides other several engaging activities that are not only fun but important to fully develop her as an individual who cares for herself and for others. There are outdoor classes, field trips, science experiments. Definitely, this a great and beautiful way to start a person's learning journey!

We have both of our children attended this pre-school for the past 7 years, and the experiences are amazing. The teachers are professional, patient and caring.
They have great programs and curriculums that both my children learnt a lot. My kids also enjoyed fun activities for many different occasions. Their structured teaching well prepares the kids ready for kindergarten and elementary school.
My daughter is about to enter kindergarten and we will be truly missing this place and all the teachers. It feels like part of the family after 7 years.

The teachers there are amazing, patient, and kind. My child has learnt so much from going there for the past 2 years. She made many friends going there, and will definitely miss all the teachers there when she goes to elementary.

I'm so glad that I made the decision to register my son in this amazing community. We very much appreciate the loving energy that Miss Nicky and Miss Saideh emanate, and it is a blessing to expose my son in this positive energies. It is so relieved to see someone that genuine care and love children! As a mom, I feel I get a great support and FAMC teachers are my allies. It's been a wonderful experience both for me and my son! Thank you so much FAMC! The time we spend here will be fondly remembered!

Choosing a school for your preschooler is one of the hardest choices any parent faces, especially if they are full time working parents. We LOVED City Centre for our first child, (the teachers there are exceptionally amazing,  especially Miss Julie)
After returning to work full time, however, we needed full time hours for our second. This is where FAMC came in to our lives. The teachers here are outstanding. Miss Nicky is a fun loving, organized and effective teacher who has been honoured by the prime Minister’s Award in Early Childhood Education. This powerhouse with a wicked sense of humour, makes sure each child is beyond prepared to start elementary school with confidence.
After our initial meeting with Nicky, we found her welcoming and warm. I was impressed by the safety features, the sensory learning displays and the cleanliness of the school. The structure of the school is solid and truly makes learning fun. My child has benefited from learning to focus on the daily routines. The teachers really take the time build a comfortable relationship with each child. Our child comes home daily singing songs, telling us about the adventures, treats and pretending to teach us what was learned.
It’s beyond impressive the amount of detailed learning done here. One of the many examples of the learning here included our child reciting to us the continents; “North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Syrup (Europe lol). There is plenty of outdoor play and learning through baking and crafts but what impressed me the most were the workbooks. The structure provided to the children is what I believe helped our child learn beyond kindergarten level. For an added charge, the school provides a healthy hot lunch program including pizza every Friday.
Most importantly this school provides each child with love, fun with friends, independent thinking, confidence and learning to problem solve on their own.
To date this school has been our biggest investment in our child’s future.
Of special note, during the entire pandemic, FAMC remained open and their safety measures were second to none. As an essential worker and nervous Mom,  I was still able to trust that my child would be kept safe. Even MY shoes were sprayed down during a parent / teacher interview. I cannot recommend this school more.
A sincere thank you to Miss Nicky, Miss Sarah, Miss Perlita, Miss Farrah. Miss Amber and all the loving teachers of FAMC! We have been truly blessed with our time with you.

It’s been a while now, that the FAMC child care centre has taken care of our daughter Nellie. At the beginning, as parents, we were very sceptical to leave our daughter in the care of someone else which most parents does. As time goes by and the daily attendance, we saw the changed from my daughter, she is more outgoing, friendly, willing to share and the knowledge she now display and executes.

These display of ability to project wants, discontentment and knowledge was made possible by FAMC qualified and competent team, having the patience attending to the daily children different mood swings, giving each child the chance to express their ability and to intermingle with other children, having the vast professional knowledge of the FAMC child care, intelligence, professionalism in dealing with parents, their sincere approach on individual child care, focused on attentiveness and following the guidelines of disciplinary procedures.

My friends and colleagues suggested and recommend several child care centres; I will be lying if we did not took advantage of such. It gave my wife and I the opportunity to exercised the process of comparison and just to find out and reassured ourselves that the FAMC child care centre is unparalleled in the aspects of organization, adherence on cleanliness of surroundings and the impeccable environment they provide.

Please accept our thanks and great appreciation for a job well done and beyond.

We highly recommend the FAMC Child care centre

Best regards to all,

The teacher on the phone was extremely rude as far as I am concerned. All I did was to call in and asked a few simple questions for inquiry on Nov 13th.

The answers that I got from her was just unbelievable.
"So what's your real question? " "So what is it that you want? " "I am very busy you know. " "Just go submit the wait list and wait for answer if there's any. "

Would you bring your child to go there and be taught like that? No thank you. There's many alternatives around. Stay out of this one.

The teachers work hard, the classes were clean but the teachers are a bit strict, the price is a little expensive but worth it.

Once a student and now over a decade later, a volunteer.

My time at FAMC has been nothing but amazing. Many years ago, I started off my academic journey here at this school. The care I received from the teachers always made me feel happy and welcome, and I learned lots everyday. Not only did I learn subjects like Art, English, Foreign Languages, Math, and Science, but also many valuable life skills. From taking care of myself to being confident, being a responsible leader to helping others, and building the work ethic I have today through being trained in diligence, consistency, and integrity, FAMC has truly paved a road for me that I will never forget.

Volunteering at FAMC has once again brought back the wonderful memories. Seeing children grow is such a blessing and reflecting back on my experiences brings a feeling of warmth.
During this pandemic and in the past, I have truly seen that FAMC is very reliable. Disinfecting toys after every use, having students wash their hands often, and washing each student's water bottle at lunch time, FAMC has kept up a consistent standard throughout all these years and is a childcare center I would definitely recommend!

My daughter Isabella has been in this school for only few months but she learnt a lot of things from school. She is always making new friends and having fun with school, whether she is making new pieces of art, learning a fun dance, or having a picnic with the entire class. The teachers encourage all the kids to be friends with each other and have to interact.
