Family Dental Care - Downtown

Good dentist I think the tooth extraction went good. By 6-7pm I was able to have a protein shake and cambles cream of mushroom soup, soup slightly warm. When I woke up this morning no pain and able to eat rice crispies yogurt. In no time I'll be eating solid foods thankyou

I seldom visit Dr Waller and his Team, but I assure u, it has been a pleasant xperience each and every time i have. They insipre confidence as you witness their competency in action. Couple that with the wonderfully friendly atmosphere they've created in their clinic, and "PRESTO". A VERY pleasant xperience indeed!

My experience with the staff was incredible any time I had a question or concern they addressed it right away. With the work I had done I was impressed with a follow-up call to make sure I'm doing good I will be definitely giving a recommendation for this office to people I know

I really dont love the dentist, I'm always uncomfortable and anxious while sitting in the chair.but Dr. Waller and the hygienist made me feel so comfortable. They were both kind, helpful, and informative. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family

Great service! Hygienist, Jordyn, makes my visit amazing, every time! She is literally so great and is so caring about her patients! I also received the warmest welcome by reception. It was awesome!

Went in for a new patient exam, my hygienist was great and very friendly. The dentist was great too. I will definitely be back and would have no problem reccomending my friends and family to go here.

This place wasn't the greatest I had my teeth cleaned and they didn't do a good job they cleaned my teeth in less than 15-20 minutes It's not supposed to be that short I advise do not go this place

This was my first visit to an urban dentist in over 15 years. This clinic is very hi-tech, organized and competent. My digital X-rays (including a 180 degree panoramic view - really amazing) were right there beside me to admire as my work was done. My hygienist "loves teeth, " and it was reflected in the whole experience. I have to travel via medical bus which seriously limits appointment days and times. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with this limitation. Definitely a 5+.

Dr Waller is a very good dentist. His chair side manner is friendly and gentle and very informative. His staff is wonderful. The assistant was so gentle. I wasn't left alone for a single moment. All my questions were patiently answered. The receptionist, Denise was extremely patient and kind. This is a very good indication of the kind of service you will get. I really have a bad attitude towards dentists. My experience with them has not been positive. That's why my 5 * is so amazing. Thanks so much

She was great not very often that they have u relax enough to fall asleep when they are working on your teeth with only freezing no other pain meds ️

Fantastic customer service. One generally has a sense of unease when it comes to the dentist, especially when one hasn't been to a dentist in years. One tends to feel a bit uncomfortable. These lovely peeps made me feel uncomfortably comfortable for a dentist visit. It's a good thing! To clarify. Haha. They put my mind at ease about being there in the first place. They made me feel safe during these scary times of social distancing. The awesome lady that took care of me was so kind and humourous, she definitely made my visit super easy on my nerves. I felt ultimately reassured that I was in fantastic hands by the time I left? Highly recommended!

I always see the same hygienist it seems but she is excellent! Best scaler around who doesn’t hurt and pull. Dr Waller has been my dentist since I was a child and has always been very professional and done quality work.

I have used dr Waller and his staff for years they are a great profesional crew the new office located on Victoria street is easy to reach by bus and has parking in back for cars I have recommended friends to him in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I am happy to give Dr Waller and his crew 10 out of 10 thanks for all the great work.

My daughter had a bike accident and Dr. Waller was ever so wonderful to get us in ASAP. We were only booked in to see what could be done. After discussing what was going to be best for my daughter which was a root canal he offered to do it right then. He didnt send us to make another appointment and come back another time like he could have and most would have. He is certainly there for his patients! He is gentle, kind, soft spoken, and has wonderful chair side manners. Absolutely was wonderful with my daughter. We will be seeing him for all our dentist needs, and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Waller has been my dentist since I was a child, and I have never had a problem with the care I've received. I recently needed to have a filling redone, and was so surprised by how fast I got in! The problem was fixed in no time. The receptionists have been super helpful and very friendly every time I've gone in for an appointment; I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional service.
