Very friendly and patient staff that are more than willing to take the time to explain options and courses of action for thorough dental care. I feel well taken care of here.

We moved to Prince George two years ago after residing in Kamloops for the better part of the last 2 decades, so finding new health professionals was a real concern for our family. The staff at Spruceland Family Dental are wonderful to deal with. I have found them to always be pleasant and helpful, doing their best to accommodate our various schedules or get us in promptly with a dental emergency - same day most of the time, in fact.
The dentist's are both friendly and thoughtful, taking care to be mindful of our comfort and our fears (3 generations of our family go here, the youngest starting when she was just 4) and the staff are just as kind. Highly recommend this practice if you are searching for the perfect dentist - they are also full service and provide conscious sedation, nitrous oxide, teeth straightening and whitening services, plus they bill direct.

I can’t recommend this dentist office enough. I get very panicked at the dentist and the staff was so amazing in making sure I was comfortable. The entire team is great and I am so happy to have found this dentist ofdice.

Right from the second you walk through the door, you're treated like family. The staff at the front is absolutely amazing, and my hygienist Melissa is more knowledgeable then any hygienist I have ever seen. The doctors always have suggestions and make referrals when they are necessary! (And they are both super awesome and friendly!)
I recently came from a different dentist/office all together and I am so thrilled I made the switch when I did. With my dental issues, I've been given many different routes I can go, and different choices I didn't even know I had. If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars, I would!

I personally feel like it is one of Prince George BC secrets in plain sight; being able to get a dental appointment at the patient's convenience. The Dental industry at Large has grown making their clientele believe they were at the mercy of their availability for assisting you, at their discretion. Family Dental Care turns back to their patients, and if only it was only about being open on a Saturday, but it is so much more.

We love Family Dental! Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend them. Sally at the front is absolutely AMAZING. Leanne is super friendly and helpful. My hygienist Melissa is super sweet and does such a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Choi has a warm bedside manner and does excellent work. You really feel like family when you’re there. Love you guys!

Quick, efficient and kind! Despite my being nervous about getting the procedure done, my dentist was able to make the experience as calm and painless as possible.

For the past past 5 years I didn't take care of my teeth like I normally would I wrecked my teeth.but however family dental fixed my problems and went above and beyond. Especially Dr Wu he is unbelievable I recommend him for everyone. I just can't thank him enough for his beautiful work.

I needed emergency dental work done, and my former dentist ghosted on me. This clinic got me in the same day, made me feel welcome, and are all amazing at their jobs. I give 5 stars, but they are all super stars.

Doctor Chahal"probably miss spelled" is definitely there for your well being. A very empathetic man with wonderful staff. I'd give it a 11/10 if it were possible.

First time going to this Dental Clinic, and I must say I was blown away by their service. The Hygienist I saw was so kind and lovely, and really took the time to educate me about my dental health. Would 10/10 recommend coming here, especially if you have had bad previous experiences with dentists!

I love this office. Everyone is friendly and professional, going above and beyond when it comes to their jobs and getting to know their clients. I will say that I was saddened to hear about some of their fabulous staff moving on in their careers and personal lives, but that hasn't stopped everyone else, new and old, from delivering the top notch service I tell everyone about! My entire family goes to this dentist office, and I wouldnt have it any other way!

Family Dental is the only dentistry in town that my benefits cover our regular cleaning 100%. They are puntcual with their appointments and you won't find a better team front end team anywhere else. Most importantly, my girls and boys are excited for their appointments, and that right there is as good as it gets

They're polite, kind, and always make sure you're fine during the procedure. I havent had a better dentist experience yet

Never have been so satisfied getting a root canal. Super friendly, worked quick and efficient. Both the DR and assistant (sorry if that’s not what their called) made it fun and enjoyable. Recommend going here for comfort and amazing work.

Great covid precautions. I have been at hospital for test and here and I felt more precautions were taken here. Staff is amazing, can honestly say I can't complain about any one of them - WHAT FROM A DENTIST! That's right I actually look forward to going to the dentist even at 8: 00 in the morning, crazy isn't it, they are just that good!

My cavity filling appointment was great! Dr. Chahal was fast, but gentle. The freezing was done very well, and my appointment was over in a flash. I used to go to Dr. Pon before he retired, so those were some big shoes to fill, but Dr. Chahal managed it! The hygienists that I’ve had have also been amazing.

Friendly, competent, professional staff. Very accommodating and helpful on my first visit. Dentist listened, was knowledgeable and provided clearly explained recommendations for jaw pain. Great experience.

My experience today at FDC - Spruceland was great. I am generally afraid of all medical procedures especially after my last experience at the dentist's. But Christie put me at ease and explained every procedure one after the other and before I knew it, she was done.

I have been going to Spruceland Family Dental Care since 2014 and hard nothing but good things to say about my experiences there! I will single out Donna in particular who is a fantastic hygienist and makes the experience very easy. I’ve had dealings with other staff there and they’ve all been fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Only my first visit so far but all seems well and good. I was under the impression that the appointment was for a cleaning but got x rays and got checked out for becoming a new patient.

The people were friendly and made the efforts to ensure I was comfortable. The activities for teeth cleaning and cavity filling were painless, which I truly appreciated!

I have always had happy cheerful and good service here. They do so well keeping my stress level down. I have encouraged most my of family to come here.

Dr. Hsu is a gem of a person and an amazing dentist.

I sat on a couple cavities for a while because of bad past experiences with other dentists until I had him do them. Zero discomfort and I had lunch a couple hours later having forgotten I even had them done. Incredible job!

All of the hygienists and dental assistants are friendly and helpful as well.

I saw Dr. Shabehpour this morning to have a wisdom tooth removed. I was nervous about the procedure as I had never had this done before. Dr Shabehpour was caring, attentive, and very kind. The procedure was quick and very smooth, it did not feel anything like it sounds. I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Shabehpour and that he could get me out of pain before Christmas! The bed side manner and aftercare have been amazing! Thank you!
