Would like to give it a 5 as they have made me very comfortable now starting to feel uncomfortable as someone else mentioned yes they can lecture hit and miss of who you have. Previous hygienist wonderful.reception is also hit and miss easier to rebook in person with you have an inconsistent schedule but still a pain, second last lady was wonderful but have to end up rebooking so much cause they end up not listening:/ so don’t get annoyed at me for having a confusing schedule. Making me want to change dentists AGAIN.

It a Great place. I prefer to hold the suction myself, but the dental assistant got upset every time I reached for it. She would say "Let go Please" Was there again April 2, different assistant. Gave me the suction to hold.

Team here is amazing! Very kind, and informative. The first time in my life I don't feel judged at the dentist!

My wife was at River Point recently, and the dental assistant there was extremely unprofessional. First, she said that we probably can't even do the procedure in a condescending tone. She also said it didn't matter about going over an oral plan because she doesn't have dental coverage. Since when does that impact someone's care. During the procedure, she provided horrible and insensitive care, which made my wife extremely uncomfortable. The whole experience was awful. It's too bad because the reception staff was friendly. I would advise not getting oral care at this location, and we will not be returning.

Great place to go when you need to go to a dentist or just to keep your teeth clean and strong. Nice people to see when you have a painful tooth and it's children friendly of all ages.

I was visiting in Prince George when I broke a tooth and filling. This clinic worked me in within 24 hours. The staff and the dentist I saw were friendly and professional. I would recommend this clinic.

I had most of my teeth worked on, one extraction, fillings and crowns, now we started on my two implants, got the anchors put, I am not a fan of pain killers, so far I havent used any.was alittle sore after the freezing was gone.woke this morning, and seem like I wasnt even worked on, I would recommend this practise to anyone, its totally amazing.gotta love it.

My hygienist Jennifer was amazing, she always give the best cleanings and I never find that I have any pain or sensitivity when she work in my teeth! The Family Dental Riverpoint location is the place to go!

Family Dental Care River Point has, for the past 6 years, taken care of myself and my family with exceptional service and quality of work.

My second visit here reinforced my impression of this place - the staff is excellent, and the quality of service exceptional. They cover the important issues without making you feel badly if, say, you don’t floss much at all. They do a great job of showing and telling you what you’re doing so you feel a participant in your care. I would recommend them heartily.

I was so scared. But everyone who helped work on my teeth were so kind & assuring. I will be not as scared on a visit in the future Thank-you everyone.

Great staff, friendly and nice but the lady who cleaned my teeth rushed through and didn't even floss. I hv had some dedicated ones before who rendered great services to me but wasn't too happy with my last. Overall it's a gd place

I was very impressed with the service that I got today at Family Dental Riverpoint. The automated systems that were in place were fantastic and very easy to navigate. My appointment went very quickly seamlessly with amazing service from the hygienist. I don't think I've ever seen a dental care facility that was this organized before. I highly recommend them to anyone that lives in Prince George or surrounding area.

The receptionist I had to deal with the last few times was less than friendly and very rude. My last cleaning I had to bring my son with me and the lady from the beginning kept saying "we aren't going to have time to get all this done" and half way my son had to use the washroom and she said it again which made me feel like it was my fault for not having enough time for the appointment but in the end it turns out they didn't book long enough and expected me to come back another time for the second half of the cleaning although nobody mentioned this to me once that I would have to go in twice just for a cleaning. Also EVERYTIME you go in there is a different dentist. It feels like they rush people through to make as much money as they can and don't care about customer experience or service anymore.

I chipped my tooth one night and went in the next day to see if they could fix it. Being from out of town I was fully expecting to have to wait a few days. However, they were extremely helpful in that they got me in pretty much right away that day and fixed it up. The staff here is amazingly professional and friendly. If you need an excellent dentist in a great clinic this is your place. Thanks Dr. Hu and all the staff.

I wasn’t looking forward to a dentist appointment on a dreary and slushy Monday after work. Serena, the hygienist, makes everything better! She is talkative, calm, confident, and it’s a pleasure to be at the dentist office with her around. I’m actually happier after the dentist appointment, than I was after leaving work today. Thanks for the great service!

My consultation visit was informative and detailed. Both the doctor and assistant were able to answer all questions. They also had further advice and recommended a slightly different treatment plan.

Family dental group took me as a patient short notice. I was in and had my tooth fixed within a couple days. Kind staff and the price was right. Give them a call!

Two words to describe family dental, GOD SENT

I was in excruciating pain and the staff were accommodating to my specific needs. Got me in early for xrays and made room for my emergency dental. I cant say enough about the staff there, they are funny energetic and very kind. I will not only recommend them but will be bringing my children there for their needs aswell.

I am pretty apprehensive about dental work as that big needle scares me to no end! The hygienists, assistants, dentists and even receptionist were amazing and so sweet. They really honestly care about you and do whatever they can you help keep you calm and relaxed. Would highly reccomend these dentists! Dr. Brian was amazing and got the work completed quickly and effectively. Seriously.go see these guys!

Hello, I just wanted to say that I had a great experience today. I have always been scared of the dentist, and actually have had nightmares about it. The ladies were very sweet, kind and patient with me, they answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. They never rushed me, they went at my pace and it was a positive experience. I would recommend them to others and to anyone who is afraid.

They worked with me when I needed oral surgery that I couldn't afford (allowed me to make payments) and they are also so kind and gentle with my toddler. They understand and work with her issues (PTSD, ADHD, possible ASD (on assessment waitlist). Thank you for being so great!
