Familycare Pharmacy

I called this pharmacy out of desperation for a prescription after finding out many walk in clinics are not seeing patients who have not been to the clinic before, and I am new in Langley. The prescription I needed required a doctor, but the pharmacist was able to set me up with a telehealth appointment the same day. I found the pharmacist to be very kind and helpful! One thing to note is they have moved to a new location, as of today they are at 20020 84 ave

Horrible Pharmacy, so unprofessional and rude to people. Barley any selection of simple pain killers and wrong prices. Took me half an hour get my Rx filled for simple antibiotic, also was selling expired products for a percentage off. So gross, employees were nice but female pharmacists was very rude to me. Been here twice and always smells horrible and very dirty and messy.

Extremely helpful and polite. Listened to my needs and tailored my requests. I would highly recommend Familycare Pharmacy.

Just read Ankit's review.what a crock. I was there at the time.attitude escalated from arrogant to abusive, pharmacist Critch was completely professional and I for one applaud her response to an obviously entitled person.

Family Care Pharmacy is the best! They helped me connect to a doctor by phone and it worked out just great. Dr. Fan was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much for this service! It is so nice to know that we have this service to fall back on!

The doctor was quick and I got my puffers and am very pleased with my experience would highly recommend. I loved the pretty pharmacist she is so friendly and brightens my day.

This pharmacy is horrible! They said they would be back in 5 min made me pay ahead and then waited over 30 min till they l left and took someone for delivery that was after me! NEVER GO THERE! They are RUDE and talk to you like you are nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Five stars isn't enough.we've all experienced that doctor, that clinic and that wait time.etc.that we cannot stand.well this place is a one stop shop where the doctor is right next door to the pharmacy.my experience with them has been like no other. I'm used to being treated like a number in line where here they all remember and call you by your name.sasha from the pharmacy helped me immensely.i was on the island and hadn't arranged anything with them on the mainland.well one phone call and sasha got it handled right away. NEVER have i had that when dealing with clinics doctors and prescriptions. I wouldnt go anywhere else if youre looking for a professional clinic and or pharmacy

I actually like going there, the people who work there are always happy and they go out of there way to look after you.

Hard working dedicated and Excellent staff, pharmacists are caring compassionate and truly care for their clients. Owner is a cool laid back person who speaks his mind from the heart.
I reccomend this place to everyone I meet
