Farm Gate Winery & Fruit Stand

We had a wonderful experience at Farm Gate Winery while shopping for cases of wine for our wedding. Starting with the hospitality provided, the tasting and the pricing. There wasn’t a bottle in the cases we didn’t enjoy. We will be back!

Great winery! Have been trying the wines for over a year.always enjoy the new flavors.our favorite blackberry Merlot, Peach and, Pear.great music in the summer on the patio! The staff and owner are wonderful.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The service is excellent, and so are the prices. I had the pleasure of tasting several wines and grabbing a takeaway case for home. I'll be back, soon and for more cases. I especially enjoy the 2020 Bartlett Pear, off dry cherry, Rose, 2018 Sauvignon Blanc and off dry white blend. I am very very typically a red wine drinker, but all of this wine takes the cake. %100 recommend

Great winery as a breaking point on our travels. Went in to casually check it out and left with a full case of amazing wine. We were helped by Trish who was very knowledgeable, fun, and knew exactly what we’d like from a quick description of our likes. She definitely made the experience for us. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip.

After reading all good reviews I have purchased the box of 12 bottles of wine and was very exited to get them. The shippment came to Surrey very fast. I have started to try Gewurstraminer. It is not even close to the taste of Gewurstraminer I have tried from different brands. The first try has not been succesful. Ok, very next day I have tried Rose. Honestly, the taste like spirit with the hint of fruits. Both wines are very fruity but very heavy, not pleasant to drink, no enjoyment and the head became heavy right away after a few sips.
So unfortunately i have not had a good experience with thi winery and wish to send them back: - (

We were so happy with our experience dropping into Farm Gate Winery. So friendly and fun. The experience was better than some of the more well known places in the area and the wines were fantastic. Great value for the quality too. Shaeva took us through a knowledgeable tasting that was well worth it. We settled on a mixed box of 12 we were so impressed. Looking forward to enjoying these wines! Can't wait to visit again.

Just had the best experience with the owner. They got some nice vatieties of fruit wines, which are rare outside of this region. We got to try 5 types of wines and ended up with 2 cases. Great value! This place is definitely worth visiting on you trip to the Okanagan. Will be visiting again. Cheers!

Amazing selection of wines and exceptional service! Shaeva was an amazing hostess! So helpful, caring and wonderful to talk to. We stopped off quickly on our way home and were able to try a wide variety of fruit, white, red, sparkling and dessert wines. Will definitely be using the online ordering in the future. A MUST stop for everyone.

Peter and Shaeva were very kind and took the time to talk to us. Always nice to see long term family business like the Farm Gate Winery. First time that I've tried a fruit wine and really liked the peach!

Amazing fruit wines we wish they could ship to the US we will definitely be making the five hour trek north across the border to get more in the near future. Our only disappointment is that we only bought 1 case on our honeymoon!

Wonderful people work at this winery, I always enjoy my visits here. The wine is great, especially the Cherry Merlot!

This winery is an Okanagan must see! Fantastic wines, friendly, helpful staff and a very cool story! If you haven’t tried the cherry merlot you are missing out. They also have one of the best wine club memberships around.highly recommend.

Came here with little wine experience and left feeling educated and not judged. Customer service was a 10/10. Amazing experience. Ive never truly enjoyed wine in my life, but there is something different going on at this place. We enjoyed almost every wine we tasted. Amazingly crafted product that is truly different from the rest.

Welcoming, Friendly & Knowledgeable. Stopped in to get wine as I had won a gift certificate. Enjoyed the wine tasting experience, gained a lot more knowledge on wine and how it's made. Left with a case, already indulged in two bottles & will be stopping in again soon. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Their 2021 Nectarine white was yummy. Clearly a sweet fruit wine with a strong caramel finish.

Always a fantastic stop on any wine tasting adventure, farms gate is welcoming and friendly, with a large selection of delicious wines. Always lovely options when buying by the case, you can't go wrong. Great prices on fruit too, one stop Okanagan shop!

Just south of Penticton, BC in beautiful Kaleden is an unassuming roadside winery on Hwy 97 called, Farmgate Winery! When you enter the tasting room, you can feel the passion and desire in the air from the people who put everything into their wines. The winemakers share their wines with you and their knowledge and expertise. You can walk out onto their deck and see the vineyard overlooking beautiful Skaha Lake!
The variety of wines is mind blowing! Each one with its own character with its unique body and flavor. The fruit wines, cherry, apricot, peach and strawberry are the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Not overly sweet, some with gentle hints of the flavor, some bold. Soooo good. The grape wines show these guys know there stuff. I was down in Sonoma and Napa County not even a month ago and nobody comes close to these guys. Drop buy, share a glass and I guarantee you will be leaving with a couple cases like I did! ️️️

Don't miss this winery! What a cute and friendly experience. I love the adorable logos on their wines. This is a delicious stop with lots of great options for any wine drinker. If you like reds, try the Tembos (elephant logo)!

Good wines and Super friendly people! They have a great assortment of traditional and fruit wines, and basically something for everyone. I recommend doing a tasting and find what you like! Thanks guys - it was an awesome experience!

I tried their fruit wines and they were really good, not one of the wines I tried I didn't like 10/10, At extremely reasonable prices.

If you not a avid wine drinkers I would recommend trying this place. If you are a hard core wine drinker, I would still recommend this place as they have more that just fruit wines.

Every interaction that I’ve had with Shaeva has been amazing! I grabbed some peaches and cherries and they were fantastic. She is always sweet and informative! She definitely knows her stuff! She sold me on a couple bottles of wine as well! I highly recommend locals and tourists to stop in and see her at Farm Gate!

What a great gem in the heart of Okanogan wine country. Great family run winery with the best fruit wines anywhere. The wines are so good not to mention the fantastic prices. The summer is not complete with out these great beverages. Check out this great little establishment you won’t be disappointed.

Seriously, if you're looking for a winery to try in the valley, you need to go to farm gate winery. The fruit wines are the best I've had in all of the okanagan, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is great off of highway 97 in Kaleden with stunning views of Skaha lake.
In the summer they have a fruit stand as well! If you come to the okanagan and are looking to visit some of the wineries, make sure you definitely add Farm gates to your list, you wont be disappointed. The cases of wine are also extremely affordable as well.
