I got a glass screen protector for my s21 almost 2 weeks ago. I dropped my phone today & popped off. Thankfully my screen is ok

After spending $71 to fix my note 20ultra camera cover, my camera still doesnt take focused pictures.

They did a great job fixing my wife’s iPhone Pro 11 Max. Very professional service and competitive prices. About 40 mins to fix the phone. They provided a screen protector as well. We picked up a new case for a really good deal. I would highly recommend.

I tend to take my Apple devices to the Apple Store, just given that it’s where I bought them. That said, booking around their schedules has become pretty inconvenient—as well as the drive to Metrotown or Pacific Centre.

As such, I tried Fast Cell Repair to replace the batteries on my kids’ phones. Service was quick and battery life is back to where it should be. Since then I’ve also asked Jerry to replace my iPhone battery and try to salvage a phone that only displayed a black screen.

Each time the fellows at the shop have been friendly and worked hard to complete the work on time. Excellent customer service!

I don't know where all these opinions come from, it's all a scam, several times I went looking for diferent options of buying phones for my family that they need, and found all these people that connected me to the same place, it isn't the same phone, they tell me it's out of stock, and they are always in a mood, treating really bad the costumer, and tries to sell you something totally different from what you need, I'm so disappointed for the experience and I wanted to share it for the people that are planning to go here, IT'S NOT WORTH IT

If I could rate this place 0 I would. Very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I came to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max camera lens fixed and when I went the representative stated they were out of stock for that particular part. He mentioned 2-3 days would be when they were able to restock. Considering my repair was last minute, 2-3 days was not a big deal. In a rude undertone the representative said to phone in to confirm they had the part. As a first time customer, I don’t believe anyone would know to do that as common practice. Following that encounter, I phoned in days later to confirm the part was restocked and I was able to proceed to the store, this was confirmed by an associate. Unfortunately upon arrival I was told once again the item was in fact not available. I called in advance as I was instructed but was yet again disappointed. I was then told by another associate that the item in fact was coming but later that evening. It felt like they could not get their story straight, and I was once more baited into thinking my phone would be repaired. The representative before leaving once again said to phone in advance before coming into the store. The fact this establishment made it seem like it was the customers fault for their own miscommunication infuriated me. I voiced my inconvenience for coming back multiple times to no empathy or apology availed from this organization. Considering the fact the missing part was supposedly arriving that night I was offered to be phoned when it was ready for my repair. 2 days later I took it upon myself to phone to see the status of my repair and was told it wasn’t going to arrive until another 2-3 weeks. This is absurd, had I not called would they have just left a customer waiting for that duration of time? It truly showed what a poor customer service and standard this establishment holds. The miscommunication amongst the staff and customer as well between themselves is evident. The unprofessionalism is deeply rooted amongst staff here. It is truly sad to be called a fast cell repair but show this kind of service. Take your business elsewhere if you remotely have any respect for your own time.

Fixed my cracked I phone screen in 30 minutes then put on glass screen in less than two minutes no bubbles. Definitely recommend.

Had a very welcoming experience. Besides the hold up for the component, the fixing was super quick and efficient. Competitive pricing. My brother Chandan did an amazing job and was super polite and respectful. Went above and beyond the operational hour upon request. 200% customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Chandan fixed my i phone 11 pro max at very cheap price. I asked many repair shops before getting it fixed and they gave me estimate around 400 but at last i got it fixed by chandan at very reasonable price.

The Problem spelled out in detail but they make you waste a day while nothing is done.
4th visit for same problem but never fixed.
Liars - claim new part installed but WASN'T.
They may know phones but Do not appear to know how to repair iPads.

I went to the shop after reading all those positive reviews online. My case was handled by Chandan who was extremely unprofessional. A better description of his work is to overcommit and undersell. I was committed a date and time for my work but when i visited the shop at the advised time, he made excuses and asked me to return and said he would call back one's my work is done. He never called back, did not pick my phone the next day. When i visited the shop on a later day, i was informed that he left for a vacation and the guy managing the shop at that time had to figure out my phone and its parts were kept.

To sum it up i left my phone with him for over 1.5 weeks, visited the store 4 times and then had to find a new shop to get the service.

Excellent service! Replaced my broken screen protector in 2 minutes, and the cost was half or less of what it would be at the Bell store.

This place is awesome came here 3 time within a month due to broken iphone due to my son and my negligence. Replaced 3 screens for 3 different iphones and Jerry was great. Good service and fair prices.

Chandan is great at what he does. I came in with my laptop Asus ROG. He fixed it within 3 days. I am very happy. Much cheaper and better than other repair shops.

Wow, I wish I knew about this place before. Would have saved me hundreds of dollars, time, and bad experiences. I brought an iPhone to have a screen repaired. The person fixed it on the spot for less than half the price of the Apple Store. Makes me want to smash a few more so I can go back.

Awesome service. I broke the screen on my smart phone. It fell out of my jacket pocket while vacuuming my car and I didn't notice. I then drove over the phone! Fast Cell fixed it. I am astounded that it was possible. I will only go to this location from now on for any repairs and apparently I'm pretty clumsy so I'm sure it's not my last time going there! I highly recommend them!

Very quick and good quality repair for my Galaxy S10+ battery and back glass replacement. The staff was courteous to explain the repair clearly to me and the expected time for completion. Great place to visit for any cell phone repairs.

These guys were great - fixed two phones for me - broken glass and charge port. Service was fast, they gave me a great deal and I left very happy, will use them again if the need arises.

Jerry was really helpful. I bought a new iPad about 1.5 years ago and it died on me. Took it to Apple and they said I needed to get a new one. I took it to Jerry and he got it fixed quickly. Jerry said if I had any problems with it I could take it back to him.

I have an international Huawei phone that was kind of a pain in the butt to fix. Other places refused me saying they couldn't touch my version or it would take months for parts to arrive from China because of slow supply chain problems. However, I took my phone here after attempting other places and I got it fixed after only a few days, no problem! Thanks for your help!

Quick & friendly service!
Cracked my screen and brought it in on Sunday after reading great reviews on Yelp. Jerry told me that he would have to order a new one and that it should be ready by 5: 30pm Monday, but he had it repaired by 10am!

Always fast, friendly and exceptional service. I have brought my IPhone to this location for repair on 3 occasions now and every time they have done a fantastic job (broken screen and battery replacement). The prices are lower than the Apple Store and I don’t have the long wait time that I would have with Apple (no Apple warranty left on my IPhone). I highly recommend this place to anyone needing cellphone repair.

I took my daughter’s iPhone 11 in to have the smashed screen replaced today. I had called ahead to get an approximate quote and to ensure we were going to be able to do it in one day. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly and said he would call the Hastings location and let them know I’d be in. The technician at the Hastings location was also amazing! He fixed the phone in 20 minutes and even installed an on screen power button when he noticed the button on the phone was a bit glitchy. Really fast and friendly and was charged the price I was quoted. Thank you guys!

I had to replace a phone screen that they didn't have on hand. It took about a day to order and receive the part at the store and 2 hours to fix. The new screen seems satisfactory.

Edit: It has now been a while since the phone was fixed. I'm having issues with the charging - Samsung fast charging doesn't work any more and moving the phone at all while the cable is connected makes the phone stop and start charging periodically. My phone model is a Galaxy S7 Edge.

Staff is nice and informative.
Got my Samsung note 8 battery replaced very quickly.
Price is reasonable.
This is actually my second time going to this same location and service is still good.
I would recommend this place and can see myself going there again for any future mobile/tablet issue.

Went to repair an A70 near their closing time. The repairman, Usama, worked 40 minutes past the closing time to ensured the phone was repaired before I left. Also showed the repair process step by step to ensure transparency. Excellent service.

Went to get my cracked screen iphone SE fixed.it was done in a timely manner however the replacement screen they used seems to be lower quality. It was much lower brightness, contrast, vibrancy, refresh rate and looks "coarse". Had I known I would have just paid more at the Apple Store or bought a second hand phone. So I'm just taking the L on this one but I'm not happy and wish I knew this beforehand. Also one of the screws is missing from the bottom of the phone.

Repaired my phone with a new audio chip for $150+tax vs Apple Store’s ‘might need a new phone’ @ $1050+. Quick turnaround on a long weekend. Super thrilled with their service!

Had my S7 screen replaced here for a good price. It was done by the end of the day. Unfortunately, something went wrong during the fix and the speaker to my phone was damaged. They repaired it for no extra cost and it's worked perfectly ever since.

Definitely recommend these folks as they take responsibility for their mistakes.
