Tiny, easily missed store front that quite literally hides the best customer service staff that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Muhammed and Sharuq went out of their way to assist me. I'm old, not tech savvy and walked in initially overwhelmed by the idea of buying my first cell phone in more than 7 years.
They made it easy for me, friendly and personable to a fault no upselling, no pressure just a genuine desire to assist and provide me with what I needed and nothing more.

Went to have smashed (original glass) screen replaced. Mohamed was able to fix in 30mins!:) Happy costumer for sure. Fixing the iPhone 12 pro screen allows me to continue using it, getting the most out of it without having to buy an entirely new phone. Try here first.

The owner is a rude person. I went to visit this store to buy a new screen protector. He stick a new screen protector that covered up my front camera. I asked him to do another one. He stick a 2nd screen protector that seems used and has scratch on it. When I pointed it out, he asked "why do you have to be so rude? I've been doing this for 8 year and I just wasted a screen protector". It is a joke if you have been doing this for 8 years and yet still you cant even find the right screen protector that allows people to use their front camera and then blame that on the customers for your incapability. Do not go to this store, unless you wanna ended up buying previously used products and potentially a bad attitude.

I bought 2 phones, but i just used only 4 months, it's was a gift for my family in Vietnam, but just a few months the camera die, and everything inside had problem, i can't used anymore, SCAM

Fast cell is very good service! Local company that I have taken many of my broken phones too. He was kind enough to fix my phone in an hour and stayed late with me to deal with all the things I needed. Bilal was the man who has helped me many times and he was such a treat! Highly recommend and the prices are reasonable!

Literally 90% of the 5 star reviews are from accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews, clearly fake to trick unsuspecting customers into high prices. If you want to read actual reviews check the 1 star reviews.

EDIT: when they "fix" people's phones, they use the phone to leave a fake 5 star review for themselves, absolutely disgusting

Do not go here unless you want to be scammed out of hundreds of dollars ive been here before to repair a screen and also left a review because they werent competent enough to glue the phone screen down which lead to instant water damage, well my phone recently broke again after getting it repaired by actual professonals cracked phone screen, my wife took it in to be repaired while i was at work little did i know she took t back to these clowns first time payed 150$ for them to fix it but once again they cant glue the screen down which led to it falling off 3 days later took it back to be repaired again as its supposed to be covered by warrenty but they charged 50$ i get home and now the charger port isnt working after theyve had my phone fore over a week i tried 3 different cords it wont charge, we go back in a few days later after tryng to get that isuue fixed after owner says it free he tells us he tried a charging cable and ir wont work it needas a new battery, but that was a lie because one small tap to the phone and it works again after they tried to charge me another 200$ for battery replacement which was obviously a loose connection not their fault right, after talking to tje owner who agrees to fix it for free, we tale it back again for the 3rd time and the guy gets into an arguement with my wife while im holding out 13 month old baby proceed to scream and video record us please go to one star reviews to see the reall previews the hundreds of similar complaints and the oowner will opass bllame saying we misunderstand, nice try in trying to shift the blame in your reply the phone was only brought in 3 times and not properly fixed so how is it not covered by warranty if you did not actually complete the repair the screen was not properly installed which led to it literally falling off and you want to blame me for that ridiculous and unresponsive for a business owner the third time it was brought it because it wouldn't charge not because it was damaged and that was due to you guys working on it. And again not properly finishing the repair the guy plugged in 3 chargers and said oh you need to replace battery then refused to fix it again nice lies tho good try
